Hey man, I'm planning to pick up a Q60 by the end of the year and was wondering which years/trims have the sport + mode. If I'm going an AMS tune, will having sport + even matter?
"I don't know what that is" LOLOL, well let me enlighten you my friend. That IS the "quadrifoglio" (cloverleaf) and there's a cool history behind it AND the triangle it sits in. I'll condense it as much as possible. Back in the day, the original Alfa Romeo race team was 4 guys: Enzo Ferrari, Ugo Sivocci, Giuseppe Campari, Antonio Ascari. Enzo used to tease his long time buddy Ugo by calling him "L'eterno secondo" (The eternal second) because Ugo could never win a race. The best he could do was 2nd place. He got pissed and decided to paint a 4-leaf clover inside a white box on his car for the 1923 Targa Florio. The clover represented a good luck charm and each side of the white box represented the 4 guys of the race team. Well, lo and behold he WON that tough, prestigious race through the mountains and villages of Sicity, so his good luck charm worked! Sadly, later in that year, Ugo flew off the track at Monza in his new Alfa P1 and he was killed. Eerily he didn't paint the quadrifoglio on his car as he was only practicing. Still his good luck charm was absent and he died. The rest of the team took one side of the box away to represent their loss turning it into a triangle and being superstitious, they continued painting the green quadrifoglio inside the triangle, and that's the story.

In race mode there's zero assistance and if you're not careful it can get spicy real quick. I know first hand😳
