I gotta say when I stumbled across this as a kid it absolutely blew my mind and to this day remains one of the the best video game soundtrack re-orchestrations I have ever heard.
That's like, Rogue's signature. He just gathers all the emotion that was built up from the start of the song, and lets it all out through an AMAZING part of the song. That's one of the reasons why he's my favorite artist ever.
