That hotel before it got shut down was not that upscale. There are other notable hotels in that area that would be considered luxury.

He should have know after the Cassie lawsuit from last year that he needed to sweep his house and anything incriminating needed to be moved or erased. If they found thin in his house he’s got no one left to blame but himself. Cassie put this incident in her lawsuit, which means her lawyers had to already have that footage otherwise her lawyer would not have been able to add this incident to the lawsuit without proof. If you add a claim that someone harmed you in anyway, there has to be proof positive the incident occurred, if no proof the judge will dismiss that 1 claim. I believe the hotel security did not actually delete the footage, they just took Diddy's money and pledged to keep silent about the incident. So, I feel Cassie's lawyer was able to subpoena the security footage from the hotel's archives, just my opinion though.

There is no justification for Diddy putting his hands on Cassie. From the beginning of Cassie filing her lawsuit I never doubted her as I believe everything she said in that suit to be true. This video only provides a snippet of what Cassie actually really went through with Diddy.
