Taleb is a brilliant man no doubt but as I attempt to to understand him it's as if he's speaking in shorthand ... rapidly moving from one idea to the next with a little humor thrown in that only distracts my efforts ... every now and then I do grasp a little of what he's talking about therefore I will keep trying 🙂

@@financestrong I have been trying to get through "Fooled By Randomness" since early in the pandemic but I must admit it has been a challenge ... I'll keep trying though like I said ... thanks again

Taleb's student and business partner is Mark Spitznagel. Spitznagel has also written a couple of books. Perhaps the same concept from a different author might make more sense.
