    If you have extra pool noodle (you will), cut off thick discs and slide them in between your weight plates at the bottom. No more rattling noise!

    I've been watching you and Reedy for at least 2 years. I screwed up my first build buy trying to go too cheap and my screws went through my base and absolutely destroyed our living room floor with a few punches before...well, my wife noticed. Lol. She almost killed me so that was the real test of my reflexes.. I have since made one better.

    Most people prefer a double end bag but for all of us who can't set one up because we can't hook things to the ceiling, this kewlus bag is amazing! It brings the price of a cobra bag super low and Imo this one is fast enough to be compared with double ends.

  • @huntingwolf20
    @huntingwolf20 2 роки тому

    I also did this and made a full body dummy out of pool noodles. It obviously didn't mimic a real punch, but those noodles flinging at you is a pretty cool effect. You have to learn to get inside the lenth and land your own shots. Which I'm short so I need to get inside anyways. In my case I had my pool noodle as an orthodox fighter, and had his left in a hooking motion (but wider than it should have been), and I had his right out straight. I could slip it on and off the base with ease and then add my normal reflex bag target (which was a cheap lighter weight volleyball). It worked real well and was plenty fast enough for me at my older age now.
