    IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: I’m a 25 year old man who has been dealing with the worst negative thoughts for the past 8 months. I knew about this technique to write down your negative thoughts and ask those 5 questions but I never took them seriously. As a Muslim, I swear to Allah, last night I did this technique and it worked like a magic pill.
    I listed down all my negative thoughts (it was 11) and answered all those five questions. Fortunately, all of them were not “ABSOLUTELY TRUE” ( the second question). By the time I reached the last question, I was already calm and relaxed.
    I just woke up right now and I feel sooo happy and focused. I have zero negative thoughts right now FOR THE FIRST TIME in the past 8 months.
    RESULT: Even if you have the worst negative thoughts and you even think nothing can stop them, this technique will definitely work like a MAGIC PILL.
    Thank you Dr. Daniel

    Thanks so much sir for this masterpiece lesson. I am going with this five points as definite solution to every problem of negative thoughts.
    (1) Is the thought true?
    (2) Is it absolutely true?
    (3) How do you feel with the thought?
    (4) How would you feel if you were
    not experiencing these thoughts?
    (5) State the opposite of the original thought

      There is no absolute truth. Many people will move away from people who refuse to even try to get out of the rut of negative thinking. You can be your own ally or your prison guard. Energy flows where focus goes. Nobody can change life for you, they can only expose you to different ideas. If you negate everything- you won’t escape the mantra that ‘life just sucks’. Amen really does have some helpful information. He cares. Try it.

    Where the thoughts came from (everywhere!)
    Thoughts lie
    You can absorb stuff as a child from your parent and it can be an absolute lie!!
    Specially negative thoughts so challenge them!!!
    You may thing them so heavily eg. You're ugly but it's as a result of eg. Your mum telling you when you were 7 even when you were perfectly beautiful! And because you never challenged it it manifested and grew in your life into a full fledged belief as you continued to justify it and let this lie grow!

    What is so funny about this is that the message from a medical doctor: "Thoughts → Feelings → Behaviors → Outcome" is precisely what Joe Dispenza communicates, verbatim. Yet many call him a snake oil salesman. Everything, literally everything, Joe talks about is predicated on this message.

      you accept what you can and cannot control, you can’t control what happened to you, but you can choose how you move forward! positively or negatively, you can shape your future, my dad doesn’t know how to emotionally support me and verbally abuses me, I’ve denied it for years and tried to lie to myself saying he’s always been there when I needed him and that his lack of presence and heartless words don’t hurt me but the truth is he’s emotionally unavailable and his words and lack of support he’s provided me throughout my life has hurt me. And so I choose not to let that hurt harm me anymore, I set boundaries, I heal, I create a better life for myself and seek partners who ARE emotionally available.

      So that's why there's the second question... is it absolutely true. We aren't our thoughts, but our thoughts control our feelings and then our behaviors. You can do something one time and not be that thing. It doesn't make you a bad person absolutely because you hurt someone one time, for example.

    • @Kd-yw7qo
      @Kd-yw7qo 5 місяців тому +1

      When 1 is yes, the second question is a question to make that sure. You can quickly say yes to the first question, because you have that negative thought in your head which you think is true. You can definitely say yes to question 1 en no to question 2

    • @CoachSteve4u
      @CoachSteve4u 2 роки тому +13

      From a more metaphysical/spiritual perspective, it's your thoughts that create reality. So, basically, negative thoughts and positive thoughts create the circumstances, events, and people in our lives. When you view it this way, you can make any thought come true.
      Choose the good ones from now on... And for past negative thoughts/events, do EFT for the emotional intensity and let it go. Don't ever beat yourself up for it. We have all been programmed to not understand that we create our own reality.
      So, in other words, it's okay and preferable to not face reality - instead, create it!

      @@CoachSteve4u That’s a load of BS. When I was 8 my dad and 2 brothers were killed in an accident, devastating my family. Shame on me for making that happen with my negative thoughts, right? I did avoid the feelings I couldn’t handle, for about 5 years, but the time came to cope with reality. Escapism has its place in survival, but you can’t just live that way, pretending away negative realities, much less bear the weight of believing that negative circumstances are a result of your negative thoughts.

      @@AlinaTowersbro, this is cbt. If thought is actually true, then one can accept the negative thoughts and the discomfort that thought brings is the way. Then you have the space to live a valued life.
      I think ACT(acceptance and commitment therapy) would be ideal for you.Its the new updated version(3rd wave) of this kind of 2 nd wave cbt.
