    My mom has been a great "worrier" all her life, constantly imagining all kinds of negative scenatios and believing in them with all her heart, until she finally had a stroke. After that I started to teach her about these false scenariors and that not every thought should be trusted as the truth. There's still a lot of work and a long road ahead, but she's already become a little calmer and more positive. Thank you for the video, I hope this advice helps her even more! 🙏

    thanks a lot❤ today my mind was stuck on thinking so many negative thoughts.my heart also beating so fast that's why i have taken inhaler but still my mind was thinking negative thoughts.     You have to be positive in life. You have to have a positive view of the world. No matter how hard it is, there's always a solution. No matter how strange or painful it may be to accept. You should get negative thoughts out of your head as much as you can. We need to find inner peace. 🤍

    Thank's monk you're helping me a lot. I'm dealing with negative thoughts because of personal problems and frustrations. Sometimes they help me to get out of the comfort zone but I tend to get obsessed about them.

    that is so satisfying, i had to face this problem before. After watching this video, it was helped a lot. I got rid of it the moment he said the first point. Just think if the problem is there or just created by our mind for no reason. In my case, it was just a bad thought that came to my mind because i dindnt see my family for so long.     1) mindfulness of thought - to understand and challenge the thought.
    2) Is this under our control?
    3) Breathing meditation
    4) set a time to worry about things
    5) spend time analysing the reality of life.
