Cheers for the video Kevin. Replaced my friends clutch on her i10 after watching this. This is the 2nd clutch I’ve done after watching your videos. Thanks for saving me money fella. All the very best. Mike
When expertise looks like poetry in motion, you've hired the right gentleman for the job. There's a lot going on out there and I'm not casting aspersions, but it's hard to find reliable and reputable services these days. Wish he would do more than just clutches and we would have cars running like clockwork. What a pleasure to watch.

Really appreciate the videos! Much respect to yourself and anyone doing this job mobile, doing some of these on a 2 post is punishing enough sometimes, let alone on the deck in all weathers. On a lighter note, love doing a clutch on the i10 and i20 with the G4LA engine, nice little job👍
Great vids as always Kevin 👍 Gotta ask though - why don't you use some guide bolts to help line the box up? I have a whole selection, makes the job 1000 times easier (at least for me!). Cheers mate.
Nice one Kev, didn’t seem that complex a job.. just wondering if you needed to remove the drive shafts from the hubs. Maybe your way preserves the UJ boot from over stretch if you were to hold it out the way with bungees.
Hi Kevin I just wondered if you have come across driveshafts that will not come out of the gearbox, ceased I think, and how would you deal with this problem in a mobile form ? as I just had this on my fiesta , both driveshafts were ceased in , thanks for your videos, from Tony
Tony i don’t see how that can be possible. To date 3258 clutches and not had that problem. Unless there was an internal fault with the bearings. it’s spinning constantly. The gearbox would otherwise fail in my opinion. Always remove the Nearside before offside is my advice ..
Good on ya mate Bloody impressive. I think you should change the name of your business to “The Clutch Ninja” All that protective gear I’m waiting for you to pull out a samurai sword All the best from Melbourne Australia
Exedy and AISIN are the original parts for any Far Eastern produced vehicles .. LUK and other European brands don’t fare well on them. Even to the point of slight mis alignment in fitment.

Good job 👌.. I was thinking this small car has just a few bolts but it turns out the opposite

Wow, what a craftmanship!
I throughly enjoyed your work!
What a marathon. Great work, Kevin-Albert. Which brand of wobble sockets do you use?
Thanks for the feedback.
It’s a MAC one.
Nice and beautiful. this model was not so complicated. compared to the others.👍👍
It was nice and fairly straight forward
Nothing but respect for you!👍

I do both really. Sometimes I’ll leave it in hub if it’s seized in there. Then too much hitting dislodges the wheel bearing as they’re quite flimsy.
do you ever get nervious working under car stands. i am fine most of the time but sometimes i freak out

That’s it mate .. I’m back in my turtle shell again .. will pop my head/face out again next year ..
Hi Kevin, where did you get your tool trays? I've been looking but can't find something similar. do you know brand or model name? thanks
I bought this from a garden centre .. just a flower tray that is. They come in varied sizes and shapes. Or even a plastic BBQ tray works just as good.
@@WMCS thank you sir
Light work these, if only they were all like this eh! Out of interest what made you choose exedy for this one?
