ABANDONED LAWN TRACTOR - Will it Run?
I found this tractor at my grandparents farm, many people ask how long it has been abandoned, but I don't have an exact answer to that question. It stood for at least a few years. I decided to try to revive it and try to start it.
Before starting work, I decided to change the engine oil, air filter, fuel filter, spark plug. Also, this Kohler engine has a forced lubrication system, so I also changed the oil filter.
The boiler did not have a carburetor control cable, it had to be used from another tractor.
The electric cables were also partially used from another tractor.
Eventually the tractor was started and running, but the video doesn't show how the transmission pulleys were stuck, I had to remove one of them and move the bearings out of the rust. The belts were also in very poor condition, breaking before long.
