You should work for The Sims! The pre-made houses would look much better with your work! Simply amazing.
Maria Fernandes the pre-made houses are intentionally bare and not detailed that way people who have slow computers or low ram computers can still play it without lag
Can we all petition to add the feature of owning more than one house? Would love my wealthy sims to have their Country Manor and then also have a Beach Villa here

Ok but I cheated the game my family have a veterinary in mount komorebi and a restaurant in sulani and they never open them, they just live there part time 🤣
@@ximena4079 its LMS's more buyable venues i think. I have it and there is a holiday home option. Paired with the resort mod by KS I've recently started a spa/store/resort in my game

i honestly think you're the only builder out there who can truly capture a certain location's architecture. i've seen builders put chimneys in tropical huts or place items you would not normally see in a tudor house, or in cottages. but your builds always seem to match. this house is fitting for a tropical island. i think you're the only builder who actually thinks your builds through.
Why chimneys weird ? It can be cold in french polynesia too lol 🤣
@@willywonka6775 haha! i didn't know about that. i live in a tropical country and we always want to be cold because it's suuuper humid. even when it's raining it's hot. it just seems so weird to me to put chimneys in a house that is built for a tropical climate.

This is easy one of the most beautiful builds that I have ever seen, I cannot even start to imagine how much thought and time has been put into making this video with all of the beautiful editing. I'm absolutely delighted, thank you so much, so satisfying to watch, like this style much better than many of the speed builds on UA-cam where it's so fast you don't see anything and its full of like making a decision time, whereas here it has all been beautifully edited out. Amazing. Just amazing.

Oh my god!!! You’re just so amazing when it comes to building. My favorite things are the little things, like stacking those wood beams to make the background for the little closet area on the bedrooms. Or like the small stone flooring you did under the tub and then covered it up with the floor mats. I love those little details! Fantastic!

@@susangwilt792 me too, maybe something witg the foundation but no idea. I've watched it over and over again, I hope Marmelad makes a tutorial about how to make the pool because it is amazing.
I use a mod to be able to place a pool on my island lot. But my over water ladder stopped functioning after one-time use and im not sure if it was because of the mod. Couldn't find the answer on any forums as well 😓
I think it's a foundation or room then delete the walls🤷🏾

De Well that’s why I always wait for them to have sales. They always have sales on holidays. They recently had one marmoreal day for $19.00 in total. And the next holiday is July 4 so look out for a sale.

That’s just part of the game. A lot of lots in sulani are half water and you can just put foundation on it

I really love that you go through each room the way you do. I can go through and see what it should look like for an item that came from a pack I didn't have and get something similar to replace it.

The pool will vanish if you place the house on an ocean lot. As it won’t allow for pools on the ground floor on those ocean lots.
