Hello Friends!
About a week or so ago I had a poll on my community tab for what to build next in the The Sims 4, a modern build was first, followed by tropical so I combined the two into this Sulani modern with a touch of boho chic.
This is a 3 bedroom / 4 bath tropical lot that can be played as a residential or rental lot. It was built on Key Point, an Islet, in Sulani.

The faux pool/lagoon has got to be the coolest thing I’ve ever seen in a build!

Omg so much cute stuff you did. Even the shelf for the bathtub like it's a tray for your stuff omg so clever! Theres so much about this build that is awesome but...
the wooden bed backboards with the attached lights/ the wall deco Leaf that acts as a towel rack made my jaw drop lol

@@Schnuck01 My laptop died and I decided it was more convenient to replace it with a tablet. I still have the ps4 so I thought I’d try it. I’m getting the hang of it. I just need to learn the cheats again. Also I need a keyboard in the worst way. Lol.
