You are absolutely correct. On my tiny old alliance we helped the ones who joined rallies and play battlefield by giving them subs and advice to make them better but the super alliance does not do this to get better fillers they trade the good subs to nobody that helps and they win all good subs so nobody else can even though they have all historic or gold Japanese and Russian already. Definitely working together and making sure all the important ones are being built up right is the best thing a competitive alliance could do to be an ultra competitor like RSP

As a larger player, my job isn't to just dump more money into my keep, my job is to support our smallest players as best as i can, however, they still need to commit to their own spending levels, support cannot be freely given, you need buy in from all parties.

This is about maintaining an already established good team. How do you actually build a good team from the ground up? Have you done it before?

Can you do a video on how to do buffs… Many people don’t know how to improve their buffs

A great team is the most important thing . But very hard to get everyone on the same alliance. If Evony allow server merge. That would be amazing

Just with these last 2 videos, I can say that by your metrics, my server is a dead server. Sucks to say it out loud but it's true. I'm in the biggest alliance but we don't have a committed team. The second strongest alliance has the strongest player in our server and they are slowly getting well ahead of us due to having a stronger battlefield team but even they are nowhere near to the metrics you say should be the "gold standard" for heavy duty playing.
