    Dear could i ask? Could i re fermented of unfermented cacao bean?
    Or could we improve quality from bad cocoa bean?

    I try with coconut oil. To made chocolate. But taste not like that, only coconut smell. And my fingures will sticky sticky. The experiment will sucess. I think next , i will try with cocoa butter.
