      May I know what the fine powder is made of? Is it cocoa powder?

      For that, the ingredients are cocoa powder, cocoa butter and sugar (soy lecithin optional) to make chocolate. Yes, you may use the refiner for that as well.
      Please check our video on white chocolate and that's how it would work in a similar way; but instead of milk powder, you use cocoa powder. Here's a link: ua-cam.com/video/wjcuyCuC0S4/v-deo.html

    Buenos días. Por favor, en los videos siempre se observa q agregan los Nibs y no licor de cacao, si se puede hacer de agregar el licor de cacao a la refinadora, se ganaría mucho tiempo, por favor contestar

      Via Google Translate: Si realiza un refinado previo, logrando así la masa de cacao o el licor de cacao, definitivamente disminuiría el tiempo de refinado. Mostramos ese proceso en nuestro video de chocolate orgánico: ua-cam.com/video/BRw71-_BkqM/v-deo.html

    Не 5 микрон, а 50 микрон! Цена деления индикатора 0,01 мм. 5 делений индикатора = 50 микрон или 0,05 мм.

    Hi, after the 48h of refining, how many hours take the conching process?

    • @GodelChocolate
      @GodelChocolate  3 роки тому

      It can be between 3-6 hours; but some do it for longer depending on the taste profile they want to achieve (little to no astringency/sourness)

    6 hours? it will kill ur electricity bill 🤣🤣🤣

    • @GodelChocolate
      @GodelChocolate  3 роки тому

      Actually, it will run for more than 48 hours non-stop, not just 6. 🙂
      It’s a necessary process to produce chocolate. Otherwise, if it’s stopped in between, the refining process will be halted and we won’t be able to achieve the smoothness needed for chocolate.

      @@GodelChocolateIt depends on the quantity you're making. If you're doing it for personal consumption, say you'll process 500 gms cacao nibs which will produce 1000 gms chocolate liquor including the cacao butter and sugar, I'd say 8 hrs is good. At that point it makes little difference on the consistency and texture even if you processed it 24 hrs. It's already silky smooth. i have a Premier melanqer that I ordered from India and been making my own chocolate bar out of cacao nibs, and experimented a lot with flavors and combinations of ingredients.
