Thank you for uploading these videos. They are very helpful and chip at the "concern" of taking the West B math portion.
The instructor is excellent at explaining (very down to earth talking), slow-pace speaking that offers you enough time to do the problem before the final answer is shown. This video may not be for all viewers but certainly I am one who is benefiting from it. I can only give to this instructor (whose name I don't know) a positive energy blast for helping hundreds if not thousands of viewers, me included. Cheers. Harold.

This video is very helpful but the questions I had on my West-B this morning were more difficult than these! This is a great video to refresh math skills but beware that the question are harder than these!

Question 18: The final unit should be liter not ml
You are correct. The answer is 1, 576.8 liters. Answer B is still correct, she just stated the unit wrong at the end. We have a lot more review for the WEST-B in our Study Guide which is available at www.mometrix.com/studyguides/west.

I just realized that I completely forgot how to do all math by hand. Hopefully I won't have to, cause otherwise this is easy.

#3 can be solved much faster:
1. She gave away 25% (10+15)
2. 25% equals 1/4
3. 23 x 1/4 = 23/4= 5.75
4. 23 - 5.75 = 17.25
