TVS XL 100 Modified Offroad Tires with Alloy Top Box English Subtitle

With English Subtitle
Modifying the XL 100 tires to size 14 and using knobby tires (off road).
Also changed the handle bar clamp to a regular bike riser.
And installed an X5 Matrix 25L Alloy Topbox.
For the tires specs:
Front Tire: Fuji Motocross Tires 90-100/14; Cost: P950
Rear Tire: Fuji Motocross Tires 90-100/14; Cost: P950
Interiors: 2 pieces (P150 each)
Front Rim: SPD Racing, Size: 14, width: 1.85; Cost P1,150
Rear Rim: SPD Racing, Size: 14, width: 2.15; Cost P1,350
All of the above were ordered online (via shopee and facebook sellers) so expect added shipping costs
Labor cost of conversion to 14 is P250 per tire, I know each cheaper to other shops. The cost of wires for both tires costs less than P500. I cant remember because I gave a thousand pesos to the mechanic.

Handling didnt change. But it affected fuel consumption. It consumes a little bit more than the stock tires

The stock headlight is not that bright.
You can put some auxiliary lights to it.

U can put a bigger rear sprocket, but it will lessen the top speed. Though it can haul both of u.
If ur goal is to use this bike with a pillion, accept the fact that this is a slow scooter.

Yes, in india we have allow wheels and tubeless tyres but never saw tubeless tyres in tvs Xl100 ! Although , allow wheels are available in tvsxl100
