Fuck that noise. If people cant leave you be to figure yourself out and keep fucking with you like you are supposed to do something amazing for everyone but yourself. Let it rot. No need to think. Women dont deserve our best thoughts, ideas, energy, etc. Nothing leave em out to dry. Like many men ive set forth on the conquest to get along with women. They sunk my boat man....oh well im not long for this world so it doesnt matter to me, neither to you. I mean what kind of world do you wanna live in? People will subtley (but not so subtley) hint you are not doing something right, because no one is truly satisfied. They dont care bout you, they just wanna get in your mind, and under your skin. Because they wanna be you. Envy. It can make people nasty.

The realest thing about the depression and feeling is that they are temporary and that they are a choice. I went through depression after my father passed away a few years ago. I was drinking every day and gained weight. The best advice I ever got is that you have to make an active choice to move foward then...move foward with your life, and through the time period where i was depressed and I was an essential worker because the shortages started around then i fullfilled my duties, but eventually i had to move on and it was simple as that I decided not to be depressed any more, I began to work out, I quit alcohol been sober since 2019, and I began taking better care of myself. Yeah I still miss my father but I live my life now to make him proud by finding meaning and purpose in the things I do, The people I associate with.

I went through the same thing but on top of that I lost my best friend in a car accident and my wife left me, my father and I talked before he passed away because he was diagnosed with terminal cancer, I flew to United States to be with him for the last five weeks of his life, and he told me to lose weight because I was getting pretty heavy 297 lbs, I promise myself I would get to the gym and go to the pool and start running and working out when I got back to my own country I got a call from my stepmom that he passed away, it was 9 in the morning, when she called I was at the gym at 10.00 am I stop drinking alcohol for a bit I did it first for eight months and then I did it for 12 months, i’ve been having a beer here or there but very conscious about my weight and what I put in my body and I exercise daily 30 minutes of walking 30 minutes of riding my bike. I don’t think I’ll ever get married again and when I date women I go outside of the United States

He is not all facts here is my reasons where I am counter punching.
Every woman it is just as disrespectful as a woman saying all men.
He said Prince Harry should never have married a divorcee he should have went with a non divorcee which means fresh p???y. Not true because
You do know women who have not been married and they are not fresh p???y.
He said a woman should not go out and should remain at home, because she will cheat so when he goes out he might cheat. where is the middle ground?
If a man or a woman cheats or gets their head easily turned then they were never for you.
      Nothing lasts.
He says some good things, he also talks down at people being for being stupid but he can be stupid too.
No you have not got to get married to prove you love someone.
You do not have to look after another man's kid or another woman's kid, keep it moving along.

@@lisabill3664 it's not every woman but I think the numbers are way greater with women behaving the way they are especially online, and you know what I don't even blame them really, if I was told that I could go on a website such as OF and make money doing what they do I'd probably do it, financial freedoms one of the ultimate goals in life and I'm sure for alot of girls that is the goal but some it seems to change and becomes a way of life, it's the desperate thirsty wimps that anger me the most, if they didn't buy into it OF would be worthless. It's a cycle of bad behaviour and both sides are feeding into it. But that's just 1 example. The men are just desperate to get even a sliver of attention because they either can't get a woman or can't talk to women or people. It's sad to watch honestly.

Andrew Tate does not understand marriage. He doesn't understand the intrinsically complementary nature of men and women. He doesn't understand the necessity of the family unit as the bedrock of society. He doesn't understand the choice to do things that aren't oriented toward his immediate interest. He's a selfish child who doesn't understand or value the noble sacrifice of husbandry and fatherhood.

23 Epic RedPill Quotes of All-Time Great:
    1. 'If you let her, she WILL waste your time without remorse, like a black hole.' - Albert Einstein
    2. 'Women don't build. They move in. Yet they ain't even loyal to any man or even my power at stake, but to themselves and their best options.' - Julius Caesar
    3. 'Juste le pump et le dump.' - Napoleon
    4. 'If you treat her like a queen, she will treat you like a peasant.' - Alexander the Great
    5. 'If you treat her like a celebrity, she will treat you like a fan. Be like water.' - Bruce Lee
    6. 'Embrace her in her prime. Ghost her in her decline.' - Sun Tzu, Art of War
    7. 'Nations decline due to men's simping and women's entitlement.' - George Washington
    8. 'Single moms aren't looking for love, or your genes. They are looking for HELP.' - Charles Darwin
    9. 'A woman is never single. Yet ironically if she has you, she'll appear single on meeting a bigger better deal.' - Mother Teresa
    10. 'Women don't care about men's struggles or past contributions. They hang out at the finish line and pick the new winner by disposing their faithful used-up men in their progressive seamless monkey-branching, as seamlessly as me playing the piano ' - Beethoven
    11. 'A woman wants a man who men want to be and women want to be with. But I just want peace or drama-free with women in my grinding and life. I'm nuts.' - Mozart
    12. '0% accountability + 1% self-improvement/reflection + 99% parasitic-manipulation equals a 100% narcissist.' - Thomas Edison
    13. 'Whoever needs the other less, has more power. If she makes rules instead of breaking rules for you, you're her beta. She sees you just like shopping, while so many of you see her like a job interview or a Tesla needing electricity. Instead, you need to look like a brand new limited-edition Rolls-Royce in town for a short stay.' - Tesla
    14. 'Three Pillars in a man's SMV towards women: game, look and affluence. Have two, three is best. If only one choice, it's game, whereas a no-game-&-no-wits she can barely keep a man or hold a deep convo. Apply them corresponding to a woman's sexual strategy or differently weighted dominant factors regarding her ST/LT needs in her stage of life (see it as exchange of value that you gotta happen to have sth she wants, unless you can game on her), as cunning as a Sun Tzu or Bruce Lee student.' - Moses
    15. 'A man wants a woman without a past, while a woman wants a man with a future, and she mostly forbids a man's examination into her past. I teach my students a canny craft-assume a modern woman a h0e first and then let her prove otherwise. That actually simplifies things, as they tend to flop in her favor. Most of the ladies they put on a pedestal will only prove loyalty/dignity ain't exist for them, with their filthy acts done to their fervent simps and faithful partners. Remember, from the streets did she emerge to the streets she shall return.' - Leonardo da Vinci
    16. 'You can either love or understand women. You can't do both; She can either get a beta or sleep with an alpha. She thinks she can do both; She says she's strong and independent, and yet SHE INSISTS YOU PAY. Moreover, she thinks she can divorce you to take half your shlt, and accuse you of cheating first while she's the one doing it. Reciprocally, she thinks you should do both as such: being a diehard high-value man only faithful to her by being highly productive in your intense grinding AND spending enormous time with her, meanwhile being this perfect badboy, interesting mystery to her.' - Aristotle
    17. 'She once saw you as alpha, managed to lock you down and changed you into her beta. Now you've become a means at her fingertips, unaware of your own value and forgetting wtf you are, whereas she's become the end. Once you're tamed and feel comfortable by not putting her in place or putting her above yourself like letting her lead, instead of fixing herself or shlt together, she'd now be looking to do better for a new alpha/BBD as a way out (she somehow keeps her options open), especially after she’d messed up your life/kingdom. Oh Lord how dangerous and merciless.' - Jesus
    18. 'His money is her money, and her money is still her money. He cheats, still loves her, she DIVORCES HIM and he's sorry, desperate as losing a child; She cheats, ain't love him, DIVORCES HIM, and she's sorry NOT for cheating but for getting CAUGHT, like in the middle of switching to a better job, unless she got fired by both bosses at once. But this desperation is no way near the man's, for she has legions of simps and male orbiters for some imminent attention/benefits, and can act as an angelic reactor to the next buyer, by just sitting there, ain't doing shlt but breathing. Furthermore, the average woman nowadays CHEATS MORE, doesn't want the average man, and has a HIGHER BODY COUNT than her counterpart. A man is so alone.' - Karl Marx
    19. 'Men value love. Women love value; Men love idealistically. Women love opportunistically; Men love women for who they are. Women love men for what men can do for them; Men deem marriage (nowadays highly RISKY and a downside to men) as duty, tend to be content, and fear her betrayal. Women deem marriage (BENEFICIAL but NOT A VOW to modern women) as a wedding day/lifestyle/retirement plan, tend NOT to be ok/happy with things in marriage; Men get their breakups or divorce informed as a courtesy, left without a plan B. Women NEVER break up WITHOUT a new man in place, or even when it's going ok, often still have some shadow man just in case as a female’s self-precaution and self-projection of what she did to her exes. Not to mention women tend to flee and mentally move on quick in down times, while their faithful man fights to the death for her in crises. I think I'll never love again.' - Plato
    20. 'The older↗ she is to date/wife up, the more proud↗ ungrateful↗ drier-her-eggs↗ emotionally-unavailable↗ hard-to-pair-bond↗ life & sexually-experienced↗ size-of-male-pool/sampling/memory-in-her-head↗ mate-experience-comparing↗ alphas-moments-echoing↗ alpha-widowly↗ insatiable↗ unappreciative↗ disrespectful↗ disagreeable↗ scheming↗ combative↗ masculine↗ AND promiscuous↗ she is, the more suffering↗ HE gets. → Result: all his LTR efforts gone in vain, that his life gets ruined and drained in the way of she getting what she wants, which is never enough for her from any man individually, not even a thank-you or slight recognition but detestation from her after all these efforts of the victim. A redpill apple a day keeps a th0t away, as the syndrome of damaged goods is real.' - Issac Newton
    21. 'She's not yours. It's just your turn. And if her look is 9 or 10, she's a community property. Her perceived inflated prices of she being a commodity prevails over men’s perspectives of fairness, romance, faithfulness, gratitude and reciprocity. Her constantly seeking bigger better dealers to buy her out when CHANCES arise, to get what she wants in this world THROUGH a man, is basically her fundamental attitude towards life. But how often can one individual beat an entire market of the invisible hand, against that invisible man in her mind.' - Adam Smith
    22. 'Since women love value according to my homie Plato, I hereby propose my philosophy about her genuine desire towards you: User Value of the potential next man Y relative to the current man X for her = (her New EXP of Y - her Old EXP of X) - Replacement Cost for her to replace X. Say X is you. The key is to making your User Value to her greater than the next man's. ↓ her new EXP of Y by ↑ her EXP of you, e.g. owning her soul, getting in her head, fulfilling her romance of a man, game, muscles, mystery, confidence, abundance, dependency, emotions, polarity, excitements, detox-her-sisterhood-decry-as-she-ain't-independent-thinker etc., AND keep improving yourself as a man against any new challengers; For Old EXP (you being Y here), make sure her last man/men X ain't that alpha, or else she got alpha-widowed and you'll soon get despicable to her, or simply she's a virgin, which is best, meaning her Old EXP is 0 that her whole idea of men is mere YOU; As to replacement/opportunity cost, make this cost SUPER HUGE to her, e.g. the more she invest in the relationship and in you like equity invt., the more significant goals in life you mutually have, the more frame yours against hers, and the heavier the price/barrier for her to cheat or leave, e.g. having female simps, kids, a prenup, intertwined circles/mutual interests to zero out her, having major support from her family, sisterhood, etc.. Anyway, the harder for her to walk away/let go of you/pay a price, the better for you. Or, if you hate all these, just let go and be an enlightened man. Your choice. But if you want a healthy LTR, wisely choose and keep your mate with this formula to zero out the next 'invisible man'. Think more about female/human nature in this orderless world to help ensure you're the best she can do.' - Socrates
    23. 'You'll lose money chasing women. But you'll never lose women chasing money. Chase no women. Chase excellence like I do. There's NO oneitis however long she'd been with you, as she was merely one of the line-uppers to win out to DATE UP FOR YOU, until that BBD came along, if you really think it through. YOU are the PRIZE, she ain't. Y'all feel me? Have some mental point of origin like she’s been doing, anchor yourself in her and your mind, don't let her anchor you. YOU can do better. Man up and own it. Btw, BBDs also have their own turn. But for me, I'm not hers. It's just her turn.' - William Shakespeare
    *Bonus universal quotes:
    1. 'Entertain me.' - All Women at conversation opening with men
    2. 'Who hurt you.' - All Women in discussion with disagreeing men for having boundaries, or not blindly serving for female imperatives, or revealing ubiquitous nasty acts conducted once again by their sisterhood
    3. 'Not all women are like that.' - All Women

Depression is either chronic or temporary, chronic is usually genetic and hereditary, temporary is when you get sad by a traumatic event or misfortune.
It is usually caused by lack of serotonin, which when too low may create a reaction of deep sadness or aggressiveness.
Orgasm increases serotonin, which explain many cases of nymphomania in either women or men, when using no other means for treatment.
It is real, but since it is genetically transmitted as most common brain conditions, such as AD(H)D and Schizophrenia, people from many communities don't want to confront that mental disease is reaching nearly 43% of the world's population because defective people keep having children, either undiagnosed or willingly.
Many parents want to believe their children with 2 arms and 2 legs to be perfect, instead of facing reality so their children could actually prosper.
I have no opinion on the matter, but would like most people to accept reality, so they can have lucid choices throughout life.

If the life you are living is shitty, your situation is depressing but you can do something about it and improve. The circumstances you are living in right now might be depressing but it doesn't mean you have depression [diagnosed as an illness and need medication] That was what Andrew meant if you watched the entire interview. The depression thing is a tough one. I do agree it is a symptom of failure rather than a cause. But with enhanced expectations and pressures of modern life and being cognitive creatures can't help but think it is apart of the 'human condition' and shouldn't be brushed off so easily. That said some tough love and more 'masculine guidance' rather than just 'feminine acceptance' would see depression have less impact on our youth.

Depression is real but its not what they make it out to be. Depression is an emotional response to your current situation. Either your not happy with your situation, lack of social interaction or unhappy with the person you are. Emotions and depression are temporary. They come and go. Identify it, understand what or why your feeling that way, control it and deal with it and make the necessary changes to make your life/situation better. You cant complain or bitch about something if your not trying to fix it.

I agree with all you say but your analogy of animals = humans regarding Depression is incorrect in my view. Humans have self-awareness and lions do not. self-awareness gives humans a monumental advantage in the world over all other animals. It also gives us a FAR FAR deeper comprehension of this existence and well-being. A lion could be depressed... but he's lacking self-awareness which doesn't allow him to comprehend it on the same level humans do-
Many people don't have depression but think they do. Many people HAVE depression and ACTUALLY do have it also. I have severe ADHD, took medication which changed my life. My lacking motivation was so bad that I couldn't even travel to vacation, because It was too much and turn around.

Yes, women might initiate the divorce almost all the time but it's NOT because she's necessarily interested in another guy. Rich, Andrew Tate, Darius M, and the guy from the Better Bachelor say this over and over: the wife initiates the divorce 80% of the time. She has another guy.
I believe these guys are not telling us the entire truth as to why women are the ones to initiate the proceeding. It's not because they have another guy. It's also because the husband is abusive and she's had enough. He's a slob and she's had enough. He's always angry. He's always playing video games, he's always working (always) and so the husband pays very little attention to his wife. He gets home from work, lays on the couch, and sleeps there. He's gotten fatter and fatter. Hey, it's no wonder why women initiate the divorce. So, men are not innocent.
It's rare that I hear Rich Cooper, Darius M, Andrew Tate, etc go after husbands or divorced ones. Sure, they keep telling us guys to chase excellence to meet great chicks, but that's as far as they're going to go to set us straight. It's probably because they have a following. These listeners share the same thoughts about how women are bad, but if Rich Cooper, for example, also criticizes guys for not being good husbands and goes hard at them, too, his followers will just unsubscribe and go to some other UA-camr who will agree with them.
I've read his book. He basically says to watch out for women. He makes it seem as if there are more bad women than good ones. He writes pages on how a woman should be/not be. But he NEVER wrote about how a boyfriend or husband is expected to be with a woman. I don't remember him ever writing about we need to stop being lazy, stop sleeping on the couch, stop getting so mad, stop going to adult video sites, etc.
I don't know. I just don't believe they are telling us the entire truth. Watching many of Rich's videos (and similar UA-camrs), I started to see women in a...."poisonous" way (for a lack of a better word). But the more I interact with women, the more I see that, yes the bad ones are loud and stand out in a crowd, but there are also many sweet, caring ones who just want a good man. Of course, those are not necessarily out on the streets, bars, and clubs.
All I can say is, don't automatically believe these guys. The sqeaky wheel gets the grease (bad girls are chased by guys) and we get run over. Don't grease up the sqeaky wheel; pay attention to the other three that are doing well.

It's only fine to not want to get married if the woman you're with agrees with you. I don't understand why you'd be okay with having children with a woman, but not marry them? That doesn't make sense. Men that will have women live with them, help them pay bills, sleep with the woman, have children with her, but refuse to give her a solid commitment are selfish and self-absorbed. To expect that a woman does everything that she would do as a wife, but refuse to make her your wife because it would somehow not benefit you is selfish and narcissistic. Many women don't pursue careers because they are the primary caregivers which allow men to achieve successful careers and have a family. Women are valuable to men.

A piece of paper signed with names does not matter. If you get pregnant, it's good to have the baby instead of abort and kill the baby. Two adults can be good parents and love each other and not tie each other down legally. Men use to have no issue until woman started taking everything he has, the kids, alamony, list goes on. It strips the man legally, but helps the female so I see why women want it. For a safety net and depend on someone by taking all his shit. Nahh. Dudes are over that. The courts favor the women and favors the woman keeping the kid unless there is issues illegally. Other than that, the woman is usually favored. And IN the marriage, what's in it for the guy? A man can be with a lady and take care of her and not be married. Women can't fuck us and the government fuck us too throughout life. We are over it. The woman better be of high value and basically a goddess. Street ladies, men are done marrying. Sex, hell yeah. We'll hit anything, but after that, that's all until the next hookup. You can thank the 3rd wave feminism and all the crazy feminist that have turned men off. Even if a woman is sexy, we know what to do and stay away from. No, it’s a deep sadness and you don’t know why it’s there. It’s like if sadness were like a fever or a flu or something. You get it and you don’t know why it’s there. Like a nightmare you want to end but it keeps following you. I’m happy I got thru it, it’s hell.

Postpartum has its own name I'd say because medically our hormones change. Being that society makes us doubt ourselves it seeps easier when we're vulnerable but I agree that my depression is self made sabotage. Especially if I analyze my life a see that there's nothing going wrong. It's psychological and it gets worse if we can't take the reigns and be a man about it (be realistic)

I have been hospitalized for depression and have the paperwork. People will automatically assume that I don't know anything about it just because I'm not lazy and I don't make excuses. Then after I tell them that I actually do have depression, they will show how spineless they are by backpedaling and changing the subject to "Yeah but......" and then talking about class, race, etc. and repeating things I've already heard and memorized a million times acting like they just came up with a unique, fresh perspective on things. Of course it is real, but there are definitely people who self diagnose, have never been diagnosed by a doctor and hide behind either mental health conditions that they don't officially have on paper or they hide behind astrology.

I can see why social media wants to ban Andrew Tate. People who are able to influence our society don't want men to stop having a disadvantage in the dating/marriage marketplace. Why? Because that would mean that they are spending less money, and women are losing the potential to waste his money. Advertisers love women---especially married women---because they spend, spend, spend! So if your social media site depends on advertising for profits, you'd be wise to make your customer base (women) happy. Andrew Tate doesn't make women happy. And single men saving their money doesn't make advertisers happy. Our social/financial marketplace needs men to suffer for the sake of their wives, kids, and government authority. If we, as men, opt out, that disrupts the agenda of those who have the most money and social influence. Pay attention to who gets angry when a group of men are enjoying their lives.

Rich, you finally touched on something esoteric. As Joseph Campbell said so brilliantly, we're here to awaken and show up as the hero of our journey. Pursuing the concept of love in bodies when it's the love from creation that matters most, is a huge illusive diversion. We're told to find it in another person, when in truth, we all have our own built-in God given love already. We don't find/take/expect/steal it from another. It's an inside job as we're souls having a human journey ❤

If a woman has children with a man that doesn't want to marry her (similarly to AT) and she cannot work for several years due to the children care, later on she cannot have a highly paid job still due to the care for children (let's say she has a part time job) she cannot build a financial reserve to survive if her alpha male partner decides to leave them and not offer them a financial help. How can she survive later on? If you assume that an alpha male will take care financially of her after he leaves her, thats fine. But we are flawed. A 20 year old woman cannot predict if her alpha partner will still be her alpha partner with a solid and good character 20 years later. People change. Not everyone is able to keep up to some moral standards for the whole life. What if AT gets dementia in his 60s and he will not be able to mentally take care of them. If he will became abusive towards her. If there is no law to protect her, it will be unfair for her and their kids. Don't assume that a man is an flawless god. We need to be strong but humble at the same time in my opinion. There are women that are manipulative and bad partners but there are also good ones that deserve to be protected.

"You don't see a depressed gazelle," they say.
Alright. But you also don't see a gazelle writing books or building houses, right? The human brain is different from the whole rest of the animal kingdom. We are unique. How long does it take a human to learn how to walk? To learn language skills? The human brain is the slowest learner among all creatures because of its unique complexity. Whether you agree or not, I don't care. I’ve made my point.
Now, when you tell your child, your 3 to 8-year-old child (the age of brain plasticity development), "If you don't do this, I will not love you anymore and will send you to boarding school!!" and you repeat this five times a week, you create a pattern in their brain plasticity. The brain will slowly build pathways for chemicals like cortisol and adrenaline, which are released in response to fear. And this is not just a "BOO" kind of fear; it’s deeper, the kind that lingers after you’ve spoken those words. So, each time your child remembers those words, the brain continues to strengthen the cortisol and adrenaline pathways. There are the so called "traumas".
Meanwhile, it doesn't build the pathways for love chemicals (dopamine, serotonin, etc.). This can lead to long-term, and potentially permanent, depression.
I mean, I totally agree that depression is an excuse for a lot of losers out there. But depression is also something real that you don't mess with. Fortunately, in Spain, they have recently introduced a new hormone medicine called "Avanzaten." It helps restore some brain plasticity, allowing patients' brains to rebuild new pathways for love chemicals, helping them become happier in the long term. These patients also need Cognitive Rehabilitation Therapy to remove years of misleading beliefs about life, formed through a prism of fear.
This is just some insight into the topic. I think being nice is cool and doesn't mean we are weak.
    Cheers, guys.

Depression is widespread. It requires that you work to understand where it came from and how it has affected you, as best you can.
Then make changes in how you think, how you behave, your physical health, what you are eating.
Work, work, work at it regardless of how you feel. Go see a qualified clinical psychologist, it may be a great help.
All this is often hard to do, but if you don't make these changes then you are stuck, going around in the same old circles, practising those old, engrained, habits, maybe to the point where you make yourself a powerless, helpless, victim. If you don't deal to it, then it will deal to you. Then sadness becomes easy, you just wear it like a badge.

You had me until you said depression is real “but people think they are depressed but its manufactured”. Obviously mental health is in your brain. Alterations in the psyche are manufactured due to a chemical imbalance in the mind, hence what the state of depression actually is. Ive had my share of physical pain for sure, but those are far more tolerable then being in a state of depression.
