- Meet Renee & Zev, tiny home dwellers & owners of the 5k Ranch in Roseburg, Oregon. She has lived tiny for 7 years. During that time, she launched TinyFest Events to give more people the opportunity to experience alternative small-space homes. Now, Zev & Renee are doing that on their sprawling wooded homestead as Airbnb hosts of a retro-fabulous mobile home & beautiful 28 ft tiny house--originally built for full-time living, making it an excellent way to try out the tiny, simple lifestyle. They live in a very homey & clever short bus conversion while they're building a rustic tiny cabin--the 1st of several to be built.

$50k for that one tiny house is pretty good. The prices I've been seeing lately is closer to $100k.
Definitely a great price for the size! There’s a lot variables that go into the overall cost like materials costs.
I like the bus and the tiny home and the ranch is beautiful, but the most fun part of the video is how much they adore each other!😍

Actually shocked that this little house that she shared today had a really big kitchen and I like has a little table folded out in the end tables at each side of the couch. The kitchen was huge and bathroom was very nice too. The only thing that I wouldn’t like is, not being able to stand up in the bedroom, but the staircase look really well-made and easy for somebody my age to go up and down and the bathroom was plenty big enough to be comfortable. Thanks for sharing this tiny perfect for one single person like me.

We actually started off with a sliding barn door for the bathroom in the bus but it was sliding around too much while driving 😂 We found a solution for that, but found it just didn't work as well as we'd hoped- so away it went!
We’re looking to retire in a tinny house ., we want ac heat water flush toilet. We can buy or build . One of us are Army disabled vet other is Disabled Law Enforcement .
