I Deleted My eBay Store!

Yikes! I can't help but think about all the time it took to do all those original listings! Can't you just divide them up and redo in bunches, while going forward with any brand new listings, also? You must be a perfectionist. Good luck to you. P.S. many of us, myself included, have noticed that with the new eBay algorithm, many of our recent sales have been our really old listings! eBay seems to be cleaning house for us. 👍😃

I just started this thing yesterday. I had bought a lot of ephemera bill heads and old bill head letters with fancy writing years ago and didn't realize how much I had. Not tons of it but enough to start selling on Ebay. I always tried to find ones with really fancy cursive writing. I hope they sell. I see a lot of sellers doing this and it doesnt make sense to me personally. Why not just take X amount down each time you want to work on it and go from there

You mentioned the decade subcategories being a black hole. How are you choosing categories now? Are they more specific to what is being advertised?

Thanks for responding! I'd still be doing the categories with the decades but also adding more specific categories as well (Cars, Household, Military, etc.)

1330 ads is nothing. You need 10,000+ listed ads to sell a decent amount. And $15 an ad is too expensive for most ads.

Personally, I love print ads and there is a market for them. It's really cool to see a glimpse of the past. Keep an open mind brother.
