I am a 75 year old Bible teacher. Joel Richardson is one of the most accurate ( not perfect ) teachers of the scripture that I know of. He teachers what I have believed since the 1970's. He is very careful to clarify opinion vs scripture and is not afraid to be unpopular for making a clear Biblical stand. If we choose to be bold and make a stand we will get opposition from our brothers and sisters as well as the world. He keeps a spirit of kindness and humility to maintain unity in the body without compromise. You are an awesome young man and I hope to meet you some day. Sam Carlisle
These lessons are so helpful for me as I have left the LDS church, and I am in the process of deprogramming false doctrines that I had been taught for decades.
Good for you! Now you need to learn how the first century Christians or the book of Acts Christians worshiped and that is as a sect of Judaism Learn the laws and statutes of God His commandments which are in Leviticus and Deuteronomy and do them and keep the feasts and the Sabbaths and the dietary laws and then you will get grace.
So now you choose to deceive this person if in fact they are seeking help? My advice on the cuff to the LDS person is get involved and study with FAI and be a sincere seeker
@@brucedavenport285 if you think I am deceiving this person then you are the one who is in fact deceived as most Christians are The scriptures clearly state that the law of God his commandments are forever eternal and for all generations it is a false teaching that these do not apply to the Christian because Jesus taught that they do If you think that you can find salvation by disobeying and defying God and Jesus which is sin and you think you will be saved you are truly deceived
My advice is read and study the bible for yourself, pray for the Holy Spirit in faith to show you understanding, wisdom and discernment. You must build up a personal relationship through faith and prayer and by the Grace of our Almighty God, He will reveal himself to you. I also advise not to listen to any Tom, Dick or Harry. Christians are united in Jesus but quite divided on certain doctrines and teachings. If you stick with the FAI you won’t go far wrong! There are a few other commentators that are ok, but be berean about it! Always check with scripture and pray for correct understanding. Be born again and accept Jesus as your Lord and saviour and trust 💯 in His word! Blessings
@@onejohn2.26 You need to understand and get the full picture of Gods wonderful nature. His Long suffering, His tender mercies, His compassion for the sinner and oppressed. GOD is love, but also righteous and perfect! His thoughts are way above ours and His ways are not our ways. We must HUMBLY accept that Jesus purchased our lives and His commandments are not grievous. Love your God with all your heart, spirit and mind. Love your neighbour as yourself. The whole law hangs upon these two commandments. Legalistic pressure is NOT what Jesus was about! At all! Yes God is righteous and does have law and criterion, but for us at this time it is to follow His commandments, not the whole law. Go read Romans and think beyond what you’ve been taught. Make a relationship with the Lord and He will reveal truth.
@@marabell2158 🙏🏻if you love the Lord, you will follow & obey the Lord and not live christanity on the sidelines as many do- they think the church & the sacraments will save them
The thing I love about FAI is the amount of effort they put into not only the subject matter but the video effects and graphics, it’s a joy to watch !!
@@seanc2788 Brother I encourage you to read the NT with no preconceived notions. Copy and paste every passage into a word doc and study those passages. I did this and came out post trib. I grew up only hearing pretrib. I read the left behind books and watched all the movies. I didn't want to let go of that view but I realized the Bible didn't actually teach it so I had to let go of pretrib. Please read the NT with no preconceived notions brothers. I think you will be surprised in what you see.
@@seanc2788 Studied with preconceived ideas or come to the text with no preconceived ideas? I could have said the same thing as you. I studied the Bible but I came at it with my theology already in place. I urge you brother, read the Bible like a child.
@@Strongtower Started out with no knowledge at all. Didn't care to know. But God placed it on my heart to study Revelation. I started with preterist teaching. Thought it was good. God said keep digging. Went to my pastor buddy in LA. Got all the A-Millennial teachings, listened to RC Sproul. God said keep digging. Listened to pre, mid and post arguments. Found the correct answer by listening to everyone and letting the Holy Spirit be the guide as to what I thought was right. Everyone should do the same. You have to know what all the views are before you settle on one. It will make you read and re-read the scriptures in ways you never thought to look at it. Eschatology is a study of End Times. It has nothing to do with the gospel of salvation. It has everything do with with the sequence of events that God is going to wrap up this existing planet. That's all. We can all be wrong and our salvation is not in doubt. But this is an exercise to study to show yourself approved unto God.
this is such a great teaching- it just reinforces to me that we need to pray to be on the right track and not be lazy regarding growing & maturing spiritually & to pray that God give us discernment & endurance because not all who say they are in Christ will make it
Exactly Joel Christianity is hard, being one isn't easy. It's painful and hard but being a Follower of Jesus is the most wonderful thing that's happened to me. ❤❤
It's not Joel's Christianity, but Jesus Christ our Lord's gospel (Christianity) 😊❤❤. Jesus said it would be hard and that many wouldn't make it. I'm striving to make it into the kingdom of God. 😊❤
THANK YOU JOEL GOD ANSWERED MY PRAY, I TRULY WANTED TO KNOW AND UNDERSTAND THE PARABLE OF THE 10 VIRGINS. I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A LONG TIME AND JUST FOUND THIS VIDEO. THANK YOU FAI
I've been sharing this series on Facebook, X, Truth Social, and to my family and friends. I hope they will help someone and be a blessing to those who watch it. Keep up the great work for our Lord, Savior, and God Jesus Christ. I especially hope my mother will watch these videos since I think they would help her to be prepared in the event she, as well as all of us, end up going through the final tribulation in our lifetime. I am also using these videos as part of our family's Bible devotions in the evening. My wife and kids seem to really enjoy them so far as a learning source.
Always good to hear that we need to struggle with our relationship with Jesus every day. It's too easy to think it'll just be perfect one day after we put in enough effort - once we become the poster children via our own pride. Our fallen nature requires daily struggle. If it doesn't feel tiring and sometimes flat out exhausting and almost pointless, we might be falling right back asleep again.
Joel Wow!!! Thank you for teaching on the virgins. I'm learning new ways to see the scriptures every time I watch your videos. I was just praying about abiding in the vine this morning. Father God is delaying Jesus coming because He is long-suffering with us. God Bless✝️🙏🔥🙌
Joel, I can't thank you enough. This was an incredible teaching. All of the Parables are special but for me this one is at the top. I'm thankful you covered this. I'm gonna put timestamps for myself so I can come back easily. @ 36:45 Summary. Didn't realize that many use this Parable for the timing of the Rapture. Like others, I view it as a constant reminder. You're right. There are many interpretations. @ 40:14 I searched & searched for a picture I liked about this Parable. That's the picture I choose. I framed it & hung it so I'd see it many times daily. I use it as a reminder that I do not want to be outside that door. We are to have an ongoing relationship which I also agree is the oil. I've often heard the oil is the Holy Spirit. That fits but to be ready & prepared really fits the core of the Parable. It breaks my heart when I hear people share they've had a Pre-Trib Rapture dream. I'm also thankful you shared the OSAS deception. If those proponents of those two thoughts would think about it spiritually & logically, don't they both seem to be something Satan would spew from his dirty heart? Both of these are "Don't worry. You'll be just fine". In other words, there's no need to carry your cross daily or no need to stay alert & prepared. At the minimum, I hope those that think that way will really think about what the outcome of those thoughts can be. You're right. No one can take our salvation but we can choose to walk away. It's one of those strange coincidence is God incognito moments that I was literally talking about this just prior to your video. I liked your plate example. It's probably different for all of us because of our own hearts. I sure don't want to fall off that plate or have that door closed. It's terrifying. Yes, I agree it will happen quick but a delay will occur. So glad you mentioned that because most don't talk about the delay. You'd think that would also help void the Pre-Trib Rapture thought. Also, do you have any thoughts about Jesus arriving at "midnight"? Was going to search the Bible for midnight references. One half or 50% of Christians not making it is terrifying. My gosh, it really makes a person think. @ 45:01 yes, I long for "well done my good & faithful servant". Again, thank you Joel. This was very good.
Joel great work here today....many preachers teach this one's you are born again that's it you are headed to heaven. However, most scriptures and especially the parables teach otherwise. And as you said it is scary. As Christians we must pray without ceasing and live a life of repentance in preparation for our Lord.
I truly don’t think scripture is clear, so be ready, be the watchman and keep our faith firm by knowing the true righteousness and power of Our Savior. All that will happen will be the last chance of tough love for unbeliever’s. Like a Shepard who ties the lamb to the donkey to save it from the wolves. I will say I don’t understand why believers have to go through the tribulation. But I trust my savior.
The purpose of the rapture has nothing to do with salvation. Adam lost three things when he sinned: 1) His spiritual life 2) His physical life 3) His dominion over the earth. Jesus is our kinsman redeemer for all three of those items that Adam lost. So here is how it works: 1) Jesus redeemed your spiritual life at Calvary. The moment you put your faith and trust in him your spirit goes to heaven when you die. That is salvation. End of story. Doesn't matter how many works you did here on earth. 2) Jesus will redeem your physical body (life) at the rapture. 1 Thess 4:16-17. First the dead then those who are alive. Notice that the beginning of this scripture is talking about the body only. How do we know that? See redemption number one above. Those who have died, their spirit is already in heaven. So it is simply your body that is being resurrected. 3) Jesus redeems man's dominion over the earth through the course of the 7 year Tribulation. The 21 judgments are designed to evict the wicked squatters on our planet. We can't come back until they are pretty much all gone.
@@bonemagnus4271 Yeah I hear you. I was backsliding for decades. But I am running back to Jesus in full force. I think we have a sense of whether we are living for him or not. My question to Jesus when I see him, is would he have taken me in by backsliding days. I never stopped believing in him, I just stopped living for him, and turned to myself. Now after all these years, I have realized that I need to be intentional about my faith and get back in the fight. So only Jesus knows our hearts, and the level of salvation, how much grace covers us even when we have back slide from him.
Keep your lamp trimmed and burning. Let your light so shine, that all may see your good works and give glory to your father in Heaven. 🪔 Jesus said He is the light of the world. Shine with His light in this world.
Great teaching from Joel. Wow! The Rapture timing, now, for me is so clear. 40years in the faith and never seen this. Thank you so much and God bless you and your ministry team's work.
Joel my friend you are truly a Christian teacher after my own heart. The things that you relate and that you don’t shy away from saying about our weaknesses and YOUR OWN which so many seem to try to dance around make hearing you so easy on the heart and ears. The message of GREAT HOPE but tempered with GREAT NEED TO BE CIRCUMSPECT so that “Satan’s Judo” (wow) doesn’t catch us off balance…thanks for your own devotion to our Lords commission for us.
Thanks for this beautiful teaching. Real, honest and biblically sound. Stay in faith Brother and always lean on the Holy Spirit to lead the instructions you give
Been on here asking for prayer due to my own selfishness. I wrote this poem in distress. Helped me to remember what’s important. Turn on the light; turn black Get through the door; slam shut Reach out for flight; fall flat Wings clipped; no fair Into despair! “Don’t quit, my son Don’t fear, have grit Hear the sound As I shake the ground? Earth! Quake! Sun! Know dread, Moon! Turn red, Rise o’ dust and wake the dead! Won’t be long so devil be gone, Won’t be long, my day will come!” Speak and believe; no fruit Open my eyes; no site Reach and agree; no clue Chest ripped; heart cut spilled guts “Take rest, my son Like a dove, to your nest! In your soul, I ring Know Death! No sting! Lick the dust; you snake! Mountains; shall shake! Your teeth will gnash, Your words undone! Won’t be long so devil be gone, Won’t be long, my day will come!” Into the black; what light Face to the floor; opened up Fall for Your light; crown that Heart flipped; mighty heir Your turn, despair Take your throne, “Watch this!” Hear them groan, “Ground split!” Robe stained red, your enemies gone Forever You reign, so I rest til’ dawn “This bruised heal, Crush your head. It is I who wakens the dead. My children waited; their struggle is done! But for you old snake, my Wrath has come!”
The Lord plucked me out of the fire last year (prodigal of 30 years) and began revealing details of the end times through his Word and the Holy Spirit and my assignment to share what He was showing me. He told me to ask Him anything, and I asked alot including when the season of the rapture would be. He told me we would go through part of the tribulation. All you're teaching is what He revealed to me Himself One on One - especially the parable of the 10 virgins. I just discovered FAI a week ago, but I met you at S.O.M. last year as I was going through training to be a Forerunner Messenger. So grateful for the confirmation(s) from you - a message to be prepared spiritually (and also physically) - and its urgent. He told me to be brave and courageous. You are a great example of the bravery and courage it takes to step out in obedience and lay aside our fear of man and rejection and carry this urgent end times message. Thank you so much Joel...and praying for healing for your wife...
Bless you and this channel. I had drifted away. You and this channel have opened my eyes and brought me back. I thank you deeply. I'm not perfect and I slip back into behaviors I shouldn't (mainly anger) but I'm trying lol. Again, thank you so much for the truth & the lessons.
Somber reminder to examine ourselves often. This is why I think of this scripture as well as Matthew 25:31/46, as it proclaims the difference between those who did for conformed religion or the world, and those who did for Jesus.
It was Tuesday, November 29th. I was going about my life as usual. My youngest son Josh stopped by on his motorcycle and got some things and we talked briefly. 30 minutes later he was dead. Killed on his motorcycle. Gone just like that. That night would be the last time I would talk with him or see him in this life and I had no idea. I just wish I had spent a little longer with him, hugged him, looked at him again, something, anything! It’s been over 5 months now and I’m crying as I write this because I miss him so, so, badly. You truly never know when or what life will bring your way, what the Lord will bring your way, but the rain falls on the just and the unjust. The Lord had kept Josh and protected Josh so many times and delivered him from so many close calls that I literally thought God just keeps Josh and I never worried about him. I don’t think the Lord stopped keeping Josh or delivering him. I think He just did it in a way I wasn’t prepared for this time. Josh was 29 when the Lord called him home. That’s him and his daughter as my YT pic. See you soon Joshua, my son.
@@JoelRichardson Thank you Joel. I appreciate the kind words and I very much appreciate your extremely thorough teachings! Something that is severely lacking in the church today. Blessings

Thank you, as always, for a thoroughly clear teaching. A picture I had in my mind before was like me waiting for a plane to arrive bringing a loved one to where I am. I will run to greet him when he departs the plane. When we make contact, he doesn't take ne back to the plane, but we both go to where I live. MARANATHA! ❤
When the five foolish virgins came back, the Bridegroom and the five wise virgins were in the room with the door locked. He did not take away or disappear with the wise virgins. The foolish new exactly were Christ and the saints were and just didn't have the right to enter. PAINFUL.
Love your comment "struggle forward" & you're not saved until you get your resurrected body... thank you for the things that you say that are truth that are not being taught from the pulpits... we are at War we must acquire this oil new and fresh on a daily basis running the race so as to win the prize
I had been struggling to find scripture that shows if we are raptured to heaven or if we meet Jesus in the air and come back down. Thanks for clearing this up.
Once again we invite you to read Rv 19.1: And after these things I heard a great voice of much people in HEAVEN , saying, Alleluia; salvation, and glory, and honour, unto the Lord our God. Keep reading verse 7: Let us be glad and rejoice , and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. Keep reading: verse 11 :And I saw heaven opened and behold a white horse...." keep readin: verse 17: "....,Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God". This supper will take place on earth. After the marriage in heaven, the church comes down with Christ. According John 14:3 He goes, prepares a place, comes take the church to marriage in heaven, t then the church comes down with Jesus. Note: The church will go through tribulation, will be raptured to heaven to marriage, and comes down with Christ. To meet Jesus in the air means an open door to the eternity (heaven) to marriage.
The church is nowhere to be found in that text. The rapture will have already taken place when that parable unfolds in real time. If you think it's the RAPTURE spoken of, you're suggesting that *FIFTY PERCENT* of the people on earth at that time get to glory, and NOBODY (even unbelievers?) would think that is sound.
Good video man, and your spot on man, I long for the day to hear God say good and faithful servant, it's quite daunting waiting and like you said we cant be sure until we hear those words. God bless you man.
People who once said a prayer claiming FAITH in Jesus, these people need to produce fruit of their FAITH. The truth is based on the EVIDENCE. True FAITH produces these EVIDENCE during the TRIALS and TRIBULATION of our life. All glory to Lord God Almighty and Jesus Christ my savior, blessed be his NAME forever and ever. Numbers 6:24-27 Revelation 22:4-5
Discipleship is crucial...part of the Great Commission. Sharing the gospel is first part. Thank you very much for this teaching! i hope your wife's condition has improved.
I lost my previous channel starting back over I to hold a middle east beast. Sadly the ones around me doesn't hear my voice I so long to have you on brother to promote real bible truth Joel. May God bless you all.
I used to be a traditional Post-tribber but after many years of study, I now call myself a modified Post-tribber in that the resurrection/rapture is on Tishri-1 the feast of Trumpets and we are then judged for rewards, clothed in fine white linen and fully married To Messiah in the Father's house. Followed by consummation over 10-days to emerge from the bridal chamber when Messiah takes His Tishri-10 Day of Atonement vengeance on the earth Isa 26:19-21. Tishri-1 is when The Lord begins to reign at the sounding of the 7th Trumpet before the 7-Bowls are poured out over the next 10-days of Awe when we are not here. Then, on the Day of atonement as the 7th Bowl is happening, King Jesus returns and all Israel is saved, with believing Gentiles from the nations. THEN on Tishri-15 to 21/22 comes the feast of Tabernacles. Tabernacles is the wedding supper of The Lamb that happens on earth and the invited guests in mortal bodies are those who came to faith during the 7-Bowls, after the Tishri-1 rapture and before the door is shut on Tishri-10. These left behind earth dwellers after Tishri-1who come to faith on earth over the 10-days of Awe, will repopulate the coming millennial earth. However, as Mt 8:11 teaches the resurrected or raptured saints of Tishri-1 will also be on earth during Tabernacles for the wedding supper/banquet. SO, the wedding of all God's pre-millennial saints is in Heaven or sky where we meet Him in the air when He begins to reign, judge, reward us, and be married on Tishri-1. THEN after 10-days we return with our King as His Wife/Queen on Tishri-10 to judge the earth and welcome surviving believers to the Lamb's and our wedding RECEPTION/SUPPER, on earth for 1-week of celebrations. And like the mixed people who exited Egypt and come to the foot of Mt Sinai on the 15th of Sivan (see Ex 19:1 they left Egypt i.e., on the 15th) and then married on the 3rd day, the 17th of Sivan. So also may the invited guests be themselves also married on the 17th during the feast of Tabernacles on earth in mortal bodies just days after the Lord's full return to earth. I see only ONE 2nd coming of The Lord. BUT in two marginally separated stages of just 10-days. First to the air/heaven/sky and after 10-days unto touch down on the Mt of Olives. What the bible scholars have missed is that the Father seated on His throne obviously in the heavenly Jerusalem ALSO returns With Jesus to meet us in the air and from there reign with Him for 1,000-years over all the earth. Maybe the Heavenly Jerusalem will be like a wedding canopy over earthly Jerusalem for the 1,000-year honeymoon? See and read carefully and interpret literally Mt 26:64; Titus 2:13 and also Rev 6:14-17 which is the 7th-Bowl mentioned proleptically, straight after the 6th seal of Rev 6:12-13. These Fall feasts of God are prophetic in fulfillment just like the Sring feasts were and also in the same quick (1-month) succession of fulfillment. The fulfillment of the 7th-day sabbath is the 7th-Day millennial Kingdom as our promised rest to come.
A lamp without oil = Faith without works, depart from me ye worker of lawlessness! Seven times warned in Revelation, Testimony of Jesus and keep the commandments of God. Keep the Torah the whole Torah and nothing but the Torah. Peace
The oil in the lamps is strength in the innermost man, which Paul speaks about. It's a Christ - like character which has been worked into us through the Lord's discipline; that's the only way we can have it. It is for each of us to learn how to cooperate with the Lord's discipline so that we're prepared for the dark days ahead. If we're not prepared, we'll be the foolish virgins depicted in Matthew 25. Even those of us who KNOW that we'll be here for the GT can fall away if we're not prepared.
Thank you. Thought: Might the most significant point He makes is that the main difference between the two groups of virgins is that one group is "wise" and the other group is "foolish"? Essentially, what is the difference between "wise" and "foolish" among His people? May I suggest He notes that this primary issue is set forth early on in His ministry: Matthew 7:21-29. Wise? Those who hear and do what He says. Quite simple. James 1:22-25 P.S. Spiritually encouraging to see that both you and your fellow FAI brother honor I Cor. 11:4 (no hat). Encourages men to take express that they take their ministry seriously but personally honoring what He as taught us, not what is trendy. Love
Hi Joel - you see this parable very much the way I have. To give credit to our pre-trib siblings, many of the ones I know DO emphasize being ready, living a life focused on the Lord, etc. in order to be ready for the rapture at any moment. So I think they have that in their favor. What concerns me, and the way I view the parable is, they have not prepared themselves to ENDURE until the bridegroom arrives. The shout that the bridegroom is coming is NOT his arrival. It is the time that every one wakes up and realizes, “This is it, he’s on the way!” However, there is still a time of waiting until he gets there. This is the point the foolish virgins were not prepared for - they didn’t have enough oil to hang on until he arrived. I’ve always viewed this as the point that many will begin to recognize the events that make it painfully obvious that His arrival is on the way, but still not yet - and that they are still here and weren’t planning on having to endure what the rest of us have been preparing for (spiritually). It’s a short, but intense wait and for those who don’t have the “oil of preparation” to endure suffering patiently (as we are consistently told in Revelation we will have to do). I fear that is the point that many will fall away. 😢
I believe they have enough oil to replenish their lamps (so they can last all night) because they expect Him to come “late”. Whereas the foolish expect Him earlier, or don’t know what to expect but believe it will all pan out. I have a short video on this parable-one of my first videos.
'And they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.' Appreciate the message, brother - caught the livestream for the first time. I hope you and your family are good today.
Great video. BTW, John 14 (used by so many pretribbers) is about the coming of the Holy Spirit, and how in the Father's household are many dwelling places, which is the church (1 Tim. 3:15). Jesus did not "leave us as orphans," He came to us in the Holy Spirit. As for the 5 wise virgins, they "dug in for the long haul" with extra oil, not knowing if the Bridegroom would come in the early morning. The lesson is obvious.
Awesome! Joel there's a book out there by Joseph Dumond called "it was a riddle not a command, oh you foolish virgins" is a great read! Thank you and shalom FAI!
Joe is so right on this parable. Bless you FAI The parables should be taken and read together, they paint a whole picture together, rather than being individual paintings of exactness. They are the new testament proverbs for the kingdom truths Jesus wanted to convey to everyday people rather than make doctrinal statements for the scribes and Pharisees to pick apart, analyse and misapply.
Theres a lot of things we don't understand, I don't mean that as an excuse, I believe we need to keep pursuing Him and in time we will fully understand. This is something that I've been really trying to understand for a few years now and I have been hard in the paint for both understandings.
Thanks for making these lessons on the rapture. You mentioned the winter solstice being viewed as a bit new age. I have recently studied the calendar that the Qumran community followed (found in the dead sea scrolls- Zadok priests from king David) and its the first time that the crucifixion timeline made sence to me and I think it is highly probable that Yeshua followed this calendar? It divides the year in 4 equal blocks and the 4 equinoxes are the dividing blocks. So every year passover and all the feasts are on the exact same day, not as the pharisaical calendar of today sights by moon and never know when the year starts. Enoch could also have used this calendar. I keep studying and trying to proof things daily and your teachings help with the breadcrumbs we trace. 😊
Paraphrased: The main takeaway is to exhort believers to maintain an ongoing relationship and life with Jesus. Your past experiences are not enough to get you through today. You need new manna every day. A relationship with the Lord is not primarily *we said a prayer once* and now we are good. So much of the church is saying "once saved always saved." But tell me, how have you been living? The past 10 years, the past year? Are you alert? Have you been abiding in the vine? If you don't have a life of prayer, if you don't have an ongoing relationship... then you are foolish. You don't have any oil in the lamp. Jesus says don't ever give up. Don't relax. I'm coming again. We all need to cultivate our relationship with Jesus by abiding in the Vine. Which means we have a heart that is awake and aware and ready for Jesus' arrival. Test yourselves. "You're not saved until you are saved." Yes nobody can snatch us away, no one can take our salvation. But we can walk away from the Lord. Test yourself daily to know that you aren't deceiving yourself. Be alert, stay awake!
If you’re constantly taking your spiritual temperature, you have taken your eyes off of Jesus. We have no part in our salvation-if we did, we’d be lost. IF you are truly saved you can have the assurance of salvation and know that even you can’t screw that up. You have free will and can walk away, and if you are a true child, you will be chastened. Ultimately you will lose rewards not your salvation.
@@ww3659 1 Cor 9:27 "But I discipline my body and keep it under control, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified." Phil 2:12-13 "Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, not to will and to work for his good pleasure." 2 Cor 13:5 "Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?-- unless indeed you fail to meet the test!"
Yes. Jesus is the righteous judge. I do not comprehend that modern teachers insist on the word eternal re: a forever damnation in hell. The word is Sheol if Jewish for one. 2. Eternal is to be understood as age, eon or anion denoting a time of undetermined length. For God IS the Savior of ALL mankind.
Hi All. I watched one of these excellent episodes the other day and Joel spoke on "The Wisdom of the Cross" Can anyone tell me what video that was? Thanks.
I believe he's mentioned the wisdom of the cross a few times in these videos, but he definitely talks about it in this one: THE BOOK OF REVELATION // Session 34: The Woman Clothed with the Sun and Her Children It's around the 58 minute mark when he's talking about Peter not understanding the wisdom of the cross and having a worldly mindset, which ties back to the worldly mindset of a pretrib rapture (believers not wanting to go through any hard times). I hope this helps.
So how can we be assured of our salvation and not live in fear and works mentality .... I am asking this as someone who felt the crushing weight of their sin in an encounter with God....we must depend on His sacrifice not our own works or efforts ... what happens if we are struggling when He returns is it our efforts of His death and resurrection and believing that assured us of salvation .... knowing Him in our mess at times
Hey FAI, I've been working on a paper on Darby recently, and I came across an article that was about Darby's exegetical arguments for the pretrib rapture. The article showed that Darby's main biblical passage to prove his eschatology was Revelation 12:5. Here, he identified the woman as Israel and the child as Jesus. But since Jesus and the church are united, the text for him ultimately showed that the church would be raptured, leaving Israel behind. I was wondering what you guys say about this passage, but I couldn't find a video about these verses. Is there a biblestudy from you about this passage somewhere online? Would love to know!
If the church and Jesus were that close, they would have left with him when He was caught up 2000 years ago. How many times is the child gonna be caught up to heaven?
Revelation 7:9 After these things " A great multitude". No rapture but a seal of God to protect us! Virgins do not mean women or men. We were washed clean
7 years we have been told but one day is a 1000 years a 1000 years is one day, 7000 years from the beginning to the end of time earth is 6000 something years old. And it says sacrifice came to an end in the middle of that Jesus came in the middle the last sacrifice.
@Nick Uva I believe that Darby would say that verse 17 is talking about the Jewish believers. And about the timeline: the woman will be fed for 3 and a half years in the desert. After those 3 and a half years, the beast would persecuted heavily for "a time, 2 times and half a time", 3 and a half years. That makes it 7 years in total, which means the male child was taken up before the 7 years of tribulation. For the record, I don't personally hold to Darby's views, but this appeal to scripture is really intriguing
Now you need to learn how the first century Christians or the book of Acts Christians worshiped and that is as a sect of Judaism
Learn the laws and statutes of God His commandments which are in Leviticus and Deuteronomy and do them and keep the feasts and the Sabbaths and the dietary laws and then you will get grace.
So now you choose to deceive this person if in fact they are seeking help? My advice on the cuff to the LDS person is get involved and study with FAI and be a sincere seeker
@@brucedavenport285 if you think I am deceiving this person then you are the one who is in fact deceived as most Christians are
The scriptures clearly state that the law of God his commandments are forever eternal and for all generations it is a false teaching that these do not apply to the Christian because Jesus taught that they do
If you think that you can find salvation by disobeying and defying God and Jesus which is sin and you think you will be saved you are truly deceived
Blessings

You need to understand and get the full picture of Gods wonderful nature.
There are some things we won't understand until He returns..but our relationship with Him should be right whether we understand or not.
And we should obey his commandment.

This sermon shouldn't be so rare. Thanks Joel. God bless you brother.
Amen and Amen. How refreshingly truthful.
Very convicting message for me. I need to take my relationship with Christ seriously. Thank you.
The thing I love about FAI is the amount of effort they put into not only the subject matter but the video effects and graphics, it’s a joy to watch !!
It's just so sad that they put all that effort into being wrong.
@@Strongtower I have studied it all.
But this is an exercise to study to show yourself approved unto God.
this is such a great teaching- it just reinforces to me that we need to pray to be on the right track and not be lazy regarding growing & maturing spiritually & to pray that God give us discernment & endurance because not all who say they are in Christ will make it
Thank you Joel, I agree, and I pray that Jesus can change the minds of my pre-trib and OSAS friends

I agree whole heartedly with this message. It's sobering when you consider that it is possible to be deceived and thus fall away.
Thank you FAI for everything that you all do! ❤️🙏🏾
That 3 Enoch reference was a banger. The Bible is so clear when you gather your theology from it and not from confusing pre-trib teachings.
Help us Lord to finish the race!
Very good message! May we all "abide in Him" so that He will "abide in us."
Through the Power of the Holy Spirit the Oil of the Holy Spirit
One of the best FAI videos ever
39:49 “You are not truly saved until you are saved, when you receive your glorified, resurrected, immortal body.”
@@bonemagnus4271 pray on, it he will relieve your distress sure.
Adam lost three things when he sinned:
1) His spiritual life
2) His physical life
3) His dominion over the earth.
Jesus is our kinsman redeemer for all three of those items that Adam lost. So here is how it works:
1) Jesus redeemed your spiritual life at Calvary.

Been on here asking for prayer due to my own selfishness. I wrote this poem in distress. Helped me to remember what’s important.
Turn on the light; turn black
Get through the door; slam shut
Reach out for flight; fall flat
Wings clipped; no fair
Into despair!
“Don’t quit, my son
Don’t fear, have grit
Hear the sound
As I shake the ground?
Earth! Quake!
Sun! Know dread,
Moon! Turn red,
Rise o’ dust and wake the dead!
Won’t be long so devil be gone,
Won’t be long, my day will come!”
Speak and believe; no fruit
Open my eyes; no site
Reach and agree; no clue
Chest ripped; heart cut
spilled guts
“Take rest, my son
Like a dove, to your nest!
In your soul, I ring
Know Death! No sting!
Lick the dust;
you snake!
Mountains; shall shake!
Your teeth will gnash, Your words undone!
Won’t be long so devil be gone,
Won’t be long, my day will come!”
Into the black; what light
Face to the floor; opened up
Fall for Your light; crown that
Heart flipped; mighty heir
Your turn, despair
Take your throne, “Watch this!”
Hear them groan, “Ground split!”
Robe stained red, your enemies gone
Forever You reign, so I rest til’ dawn
“This bruised heal,
Crush your head.
It is I who wakens the dead.
My children waited; their struggle is done!
But for you old snake, my Wrath has come!”
Wow, wonderful words. You have a gift.

Can you a share this with me on Messenger???
So, so, good! Thanks Joel!

God let us be the prepared half. Even if I'm not. If I wander away. Jesus still deserves His time. With or without me.
ThankU Joel.
Good video man, and your spot on man, I long for the day to hear God say good and faithful servant, it's quite daunting waiting and like you said we cant be sure until we hear those words. God bless you man.

Thank you, this was extremely helpful.

What a beautiful wedding ceremony!
Amen.
As always, Great Job Joel!!!
"And the door was shut" reminds me of Noah. God shut the door, and at once, the flood came.
Really good teaching! I enjoyed learning this lesson and shared it with family and friends! Great stuff!
James 1:22-25
P.S. Spiritually encouraging to see that both you and your fellow FAI brother honor I Cor. 11:4 (no hat). Encourages men to take express that they take their ministry seriously but personally honoring what He as taught us, not what is trendy.

MARANATHA ❤ Blessings to you and your mission in Christ Jesus
'And they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.'
Appreciate the message, brother - caught the livestream for the first time.
One thing for sure about Joseph he was 100% correct when he said Chaos is to begin down to the day..
Joe is so right on this parable. Bless you FAI
The parables should be taken and read together, they paint a whole picture together, rather than being individual paintings of exactness.
JESUS GOES TO THE TEMPLE BUT CHRISTIANS ARE THE TEMPLE OF GOD
Joel I love your teachings; however; I would enjoy hearing you have discussion with Dr. James Barnett especially about “rapture” theories.
Will Barnett debate?
Here is what lamps and light are:
Pro 6:23 Because the command is a lamp and the Law a light, rebukes that discipline are a way of life
@@seasquawker Moshe (Torah) and Eliyahu (T'shuva to Torah)
Your word is a lamp to my feet... Psalm 119.Torah is forever.
If the rapture is anything like the exodus that means God protected the believer during the plagues …. Then a final escape …..
Take rapture out of that sentence and yes. He will Abide those who Abide in Him, until His Return.
Yes. First Pharaoh's wrath.
Then protection from God's wrath, and the final rescue, as judgement fell on the wicked.

Phil 2:12-13 "Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, not to will and to work for his good pleasure." 2 Cor 13:5 "Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?-- unless indeed you fail to meet the test!"
How does all this square with Matthew 22 also identified as a wedding banquet, but put on by the father of the groom?
Thanks.
I believe he's mentioned the wisdom of the cross a few times in these videos, but he definitely talks about it in this one:
THE BOOK OF REVELATION // Session 34: The Woman Clothed with the Sun and Her Children
It's around the 58 minute mark when he's talking about Peter not understanding the wisdom of the cross and having a worldly mindset, which ties back to the worldly mindset of a pretrib rapture (believers not wanting to go through any hard times). I hope this helps.
He talked about it in the the video called "Will Jesus beat up his bride before the wedding?".
Interesting. But the chapter shows events that are midtribulational, and verse 17 of that chapter indicates a persecution of Christians at that time.
