This was so hard to follow, i actually sat down just to watch first then maybe continue, but nope. You need an angle where it's just the instructor so we can see the movements, I felt like I was going to fall.
No way is this a beginner class ; it’s so fast and gets complicated quickly. Perfect when you’ve done lots of step classes but absolutely no good for beginners.
I think it can be fun & a good workout, BUT it's hard to follow as a first timer. I kept switching with the instructor, but noticed everyone didn't switch. I just couldn't pick up what exercises to do and when to switch up.
I just find the caption to be condenscending and utterly disrespectful. Why do you feel the need to add that it is boring? Easy is fine because it is for beginners. The instructor is doing a fantastic job in my view and he should be given the necessary credit.
