We went on vacation to Key Biscayne earlier in the year and it was so gorgeous (a paid work trip!)…..I felt a bit nervous in Florida though, because I know it’s legal to “open carry”. Florida has been lovely! It gets a bad reputation from those who don't really know any better (not trying to be mean, its just kind of how it is I guess). Gun laws here are built for responsible gun owners. There are very strict rules to follow! Actually unless you're actively hunting, open carry is actually illegal and a concealed carry requires a proper license. It really has been lovely thus far!
