- This shorter 7.5 mile hike in Glacier's Two Medicine Valley affords fantastic viewing payoff in a shorter hike. Start just shy of Two Medicine Lake at the Scenic Point Trailhead and head up. Excellent views of Two Medicine Lake, Rising Wolf, Sinopah, Appistoki, Mount Henry and all of the Two Medicine Valley.
You are so lucky to live in such a wonderful location. Beauty all around you. Keep living the wonderful life and sharing with all of us.

Saturday was a great day on the east side of Glacier.
We do a good amount of planning, weather, and conditions research when we hit the trails. Makes for very pleasurable experiences. Thank you and enjoy the wilds!

I’m coming there the last week of June this year for the first time. I’ve watched your Scenic Point video from 2021 many times and it’s in my top list of hikes to do. Very cool to see y’all do this hike in 2024.

Thank you! Scenic Point trail is worthy of a repeat 🏔 Rather early in the season to be able to get to a higher point such as this. We figured the surrounding peaks would be snow capped and it made for some amazing vistas! Thanks again!!

As always, excellent video and moderation. What are you using for a video camera? I wonder if Grinnell and Iceberg Lake will be completely opened at the end of this month.
We have only ever used GoPros. Started with the 7 four years ago and have also had the 11 and now the 12. Hard to say in trails opening. Thank you and enjoy the wilderness!

I’m so glad I found this. I’ll be there 7/3 for a week and I’m preparing myself for Logan pass to still be closed so I’m looking into other options. I honestly didn’t have two medicine on my radar but I’m really glad I found this video. Looks amazing. How difficult would you rate this hike?
This is one of the shorter ones we do that have fantastic views. 7.5 miles and about 2600 feet of elevation gain. Any time you want great views their will be elevation. But bang for the buck - this one is awesome. Cheers and enjoy your time in Montana!
It's a steady incline but would not rate it as arduous, rather moderate depending on previous hiking experience. About 2400 feet of elevation and the views are fantastic throughout the entirety of this out and back!! Enjoy, thank you!! ⛰
Very possible logan pass will not be fully open. Lots of snow up there this year. Two Med is fantastic! This hike has great views in a short amount of miles.
Moderate hike to scenic point. Step for step good views and typically less folks.

It’s called the “Scenic Point Trail”. It is in the Two Medicine part of Glacier. Enjoy your time in Glacier Country.
