I swear I've read that there was a Dirk & Stig video shot for the A-side... around the same time Idle and Innes directed George's clips for Crackerbox Palace and Blow Away, respectively. Never tracked down so much as a frame of it yet, though. It's as elusive as the Bonzo Dog Band tracks George and Ringo recorded for the aborted tribute album!

Oh wow! It was a Halloween show! Yep, 79 or 80. I recorded the program on cassette and then wore the tape out. Good times

You're right - Eric talked about it. I think it involved a bunch of ladies dressed like Brownie Scouts.

Sad that the STIG part of the band is covered by the Dirk. I guess this is karma for not being on the Rutles album 😂
