Great idea for the ramp covers. I have tried sewing them before but haven't really been using my ramps. Might be trying this cause I want to put the ramps back in.
I have the same cage and both my ferrets can escape it by pushing the bottom tray across and slip under the gap! I have to to keep it by the wall one side with their box of toys on the other to stop the tray being moved! Agree about the ramps , going to try your idea as I don’t use them at the moment. Thank you
I have a no ferret zone... but it's like 2feet higher then that no ferret zone. My boy is in everything and would be on that table in a heart beat, cause its forbidden
Crap, I wish I would have seen this before I bought covers for my cage shelves 😅 oh well, they're from etsy so at least I'm supporting a small business owner. This is amazing though!
I'm kinda laughing about them not being caged all day. Ferrets sleep a good portion of the day on their own. So its not hurting them. But when they are up and active yes let them out. But my ferrets spent the majority of the day in their cage sleeping. And would let me know when they were awake and ready to come out.

Haha my room mate's ferret doesn't use them either, he just jumps onto the ramps because he's a big boy and he can reach.

Theoretically, yes! I haven't done it but I don't see why it wouldn't work
