Holy crap I need a jack to lift my jaw off the floor from this thunderegg/rhyolite/carnelian goodness you all are finding! Like you have hit the thunderegg honey hole. Dude the colors are just AMAZING! I'm not sure about the one with the bright red... when we have bright red like that around here it's usually hematite but it very well could be cinnabar I'm not sure. But the one with black chalcedony... I wonder if the black is onyx? Not sure but I had to pause to throw that at there. Ok back to watching the Aussie Posse!😜 I'm so happy you're back!!! 👊😎

In fact thanks to watching you with your crew (mates) i have taken a huge interest in it. i have always looked at plants on my outdoor adventures but have always wanted to learn more bout the rocks that surround me. Your posts have really inspired me to do that now. My girlfriend and I have gone hounding a couple of times, but we are so new we don’t really know what we are looking at. But we loving the experience. Decided to join a lapidary club last weekend. Very excited bout it. Thank you and your hounding team. Very inspirational. Extremely grateful. I love your videos. I thought I would thank some of my favourite UA-camrs. I'm an armchair rockhound. I can't actually go myself because a stroke has left me partially disabled and affected my balance, but I do enjoy it vicariously through you and others.

It's a shame that the area will be flooded in a couple of years. Guess you will have to make several trips back there before they do flood it. You have such beautiful rocks over there. Absolutely in love with these videos. Took my friends out a couple weeks ago for our first rockhounding trip and found some absolutely beautiful stones. Was feeling so burnt out and just needed to reconnect with nature, thank you for inspiring us to do just that.

And yeah 100% I'm always keen to head out for a hunt, tho I'm coaching my kids sports this year so probably wont have any free time until after footy season about mid year. When that's done, I plan on getting out every weekend if I can! Good to see you back into it anyway bro
