Yes it does not make sense but it depends...I've been working with one company for two years and when I became pregnant I had to leave because it was a physical risk to the pregnancy. Since then I could not find a job at all and we are currently in the process of dealing with it 3 months into the pregnancy.

After my VISA I was told to hold on for some set of Nurses to make a Cohort. So I got pregnant during the period and missed fee weeks of service. But with this information, I know inshAllah I will be qualified for Maternity allowance after 8 months of working. Thanks a lot sis.

Hi applied it for like 5 weeks ago and they back to me that I’m eligible and they gonna pay me like £151 a week and then I received a letter to confirm to them my last working day and when I want start get payed…. But I haven’t received any payment yet , do I have to contact them or what ??
Maternity allowance is bae, I’m a strong advocate of it. I received it when I had my first child and it’s the sweetest money I’ve ever received in my life. Felt like free money to me😅
it depends if the person is an international student in the UK, three months after the baby is born the woman will be liable for NHS surcharge.Students will have to inform their university as they cannot extend their visa to give birth in the UK

If she doesn't qualify for maternity pay she can claim maternity allowance from the government. I explained this already in the video. Cheers
