They are all such beautiful children, and they are a perfect blend of their parents! I think the lovely Belle looks mostly like her Dad, especially around the eyes. Such a BLESSED family. Even their animals are cute!😊❤

I love how simple you keep your baptisms. In Europe for baptisms and first communion we invite family and close friends to a reception hall or to a restaurant for a 4 course dinner. It’s hectic and expensive 😂
It depends on the denomination, as well as what the church itself allows. For example a small church may allow on site fellowship while a large church may not have room for such a large celebration afterwards. Alternatively a family may want to follow a tradition of their own to be added either before of after. I think it’s awesome that we have so many different ways to celebrate.

We always had a big celebration for baptism, first communion and confirmation. We always had a goid time. Btw I'm Catholic.
When I was baptised, the would put a drop of water on your forehead….now they submerge them!. No thanks
My mom passed away March 25th, she always said if you have love, no house is too small. If you don’t have love it doesn’t matter how large your house is. I miss her so much. Seeing your sweet grandma made me feel better

True. We have 11 , but 10 at home and our house is very small!!! It gets messier sooner but we can’t afford anything else

I watched my son baptized in a beautiful river. He was older, in his 30’s. I’d been praying for him for years. There were people (from elderly to kids) there playing in the water, reading on the shore under the trees. My husband baptized him. My 1st hubby passed away, so this is my son’s step-dad. After he was raised from the water, everyone yelled and clapped, cheering! It was so beautiful to see. And my son is living his life to the fullest all in for Jesus!

I struggled for years trying to quit drinking Diet Coke. Kept going back, I was sure I needed the caffeine. Plus I love the test. One weekend blizzard to the rescue. Sunday night I realized I had made it through the week end without it. Fast forward a few weeks I was on an emergency trip three hours away. I needed caffeine. My favorite source McDonald’s. I hated the taste and I was so relieved. Our taste do change. You can do it! Love watching you! ❤

Thanks for the Blumene link! Also, you can grow blueberries. I planted bushes a few years ago. Each year I freeze about 40 cups, eat some fresh, and have several people who come over to pick. They are very good!
