- No Bake Lemonade Pie
1 package softened cream cheese
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup of thawed lemonade concentrate
1 8 oz container of whipped topping
2 Graham cracker crusts
Mix all the ingredients and pour them into the graham crusts. It couldn’t get easier lazier than that.
Pizza Pasta Skillet Dinner
1 # ground beef
1 bag of mini pepperoni or the larger ones you can just quarter
2 cups dried pasta
1 jar 640 g (or about three cups) of marinara sauce
2 cups of water
2 cups of mozzarella cheese
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
S & P
Brown the hamburger in a skillet and add the pepperoni when the hamburger is just about done. Cook thoroughly and add the spices. Now add the marinara sauce and water. Then add the dry pasta and one cup of cheese. Make sure the pasta is under the water level. Put a lid on and cook for about 8 minutes. Test the pasta and if it is close to being cooked top the pan with the remaining cheese and another handful of pepperoni. Put the lid back on and bring it back to the bubble. Shut the pan off and let it rest for 10 minutes. Now it is ready to serve. Perfect for those lazy days.

Still praying that friends, family and cooking gets you to a better place. You will never be the same but with God’s help, you will get through until your ultimate reunion in heaven. ❤I love your recipes. Keep going. I do enjoy watching other people cook😀
Thank you so much! I am so encouraged by all my viewers, many of whom have faced the same kind of loss. It would be super hard to get through this without all of you. ❤️ thanks for watching!
Let's not forget to give her thumbs up everyone. Looks delish!! And I love anything lemon.
Thabk you Phyllis, I appreciate that very much!
After my husband passed away I would stay in my pajamas most days. One day my son came over, he looked at me and wanted to know if I was ever going to get dressed again. I told him I wasn’t sure. I did start getting dressed, but some days that was about all I could manage. It is a journey.
It is a journey. The other day I realized that I hadn't cried in two days and that realization made me cry. It is getting easier each day but you never forget.
You may have not been feeling well wjen yiu made this video, but you made a home cooked meal and a dessert. Simple or not, you didnt call for takeout, and that is definitely a win! I hope you are being gentle and kind to yourself during this difficult time! Thank you for this video, Colleen.
Thank you for your kindness, it feels good to be doing something normal and not be in a constant state of sadness.
I am moving my 90 year old dad here on my land. I'm planning on canning & freezing meals for this VERY independent man. Thank you so much for being you...
Thank you so much for watching! You are so fortunate to have your dad still with you. Blessings!
I think my family would enjoy this quick meal
I know we sure do!
An idea for your husband, a little package of graham crackers to dip. I watched a video earlier today where the young lady made a key lime fruit dip. They had fruit and graham crackers to dip and that was her family's favorite.
That sounds delicious and what a great idea! Thank you!
Hi Colleen, I think for you often and hope with each passing day you will find peace. I so enjoy spending time with you on your channel and your fabulous recipes. God be with you always my friend. 🥰❤🙏🙏❤❤

Thank you. I need to admit that when I watch your videos, I am feel happy inside. Your voice is quite calm and pleasing. It's like watching a best friend. Again. I Love your bread machine recipes. I made bread, cinnamon rolls and buns. All turned out excellently with my Black and Decker bread machine. It's an old one that was given to me 1 year ago. I did not like the MANUFACTURES'S RECEIPE BUT YOURS MY DEAR IS JUST PERFECT. From Ottawa with love, Merci !
Hi Colleen ! The meal and dessert you prepared look awesome and easy enough. Thank you for sharing 🥰🥰
Thank you Connie! 🥰
Thank you for the easy peasy dinner and dessert. Prayers to your family. 🙏🏼
Thank you Marlene!
Thanks for sharing! Both look wonderful!! The pie would be great on a hot day. I'm going to have to look for some lemonade when I go to the grocery later this week. I get how you feel. Grief has no timeline. Go easy on yourself. Keeping you and your family in my prayers.
Thank you for the prayers, I'm sure this would be so much harder without them. 🙏
One step, one day at a time, God will carry you when you falter. Continue to pray for you peace and healing from your loss.
I like your priorities. Life is short. Start with dessert! Love.
Thank you, I agree!
I’ve never had lemonade pie I’ll be trying this. I’m praying for you I pray your joy in life will return I know loosing your daughter must be awful.
Loved both of these recipes. Personally, for the main dish, I would quarter the pepperoni that goes into the dish if I couldn't get minis, but this is definitely a dish that is right up my alley 'cause I love "one pot" meals. I'm lazy most days, LOL. Loved the dessert too. I think it would lend itself to being made with any frozen juice if that were someone's preference. A tip for your husbands dessert - you could always mix some graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press it into the bottom of the containers before adding the filling mixture.
You look lovely as always! My family will love this lemonade pie!!"Still saying prayers for you. You are my go to on UA-cam for food and canning!
We would get a half pear with cottage cheese and shredded cheese over that. It was delicious. I served it to my family when I had children. It could be a used as a salad if you put a leaf of lettuce under it or as a dessert without the lettuce for the pear to sit on.
My hart goes out to you! Praying for you and your family. Thank you for sharing these meals with us. Bless you! 💕
Thank you so much, I really appreciate you being here and praying for us 🙏 ❤️
Very delicious 😊❤
Thank you!
Colleen, that looks delicious as does the dessert. Thanks for taking your time to share it with us. I know this is a difficult time right now and probably will be for a long time. Just know that we are with you in spirit no matter how many miles away. Have a Blessed day.
A lazy day casserole I make is,
Taco Casserole
1 pound ground beef browned and drained.
1 pkg or 1/4 Cup Taco seasoning
1 Cup uncooked rice
1 qt canned tomatoes
Bring to a boil, Cover and reduce to a simmer.
Cook stirring occasionally to keep
From sticking and burning.
Once rice is tender and liquid is absorbed,
Top with cheese of choice. Turn off heat.
Cover, till cheese melts. Can be served with
tortilla chips If desired, Add a side salad. Enjoy!!
** Variation:
Chili Cheese Casserole
Proceed as above but:
substitute a pkt of Chili Seasoning,
Add 1 medium onion chopped
1-15 Oz can of drained kidney beans.
Finish as above. Enjoy!!
This looks amazing. I continue to pray for you and your family and I think about you often. I love you and your channel so much.

You are so right you can’t find frozen juices. Like before. I guess no one drinks them. Very hard to find🤷♀️🕊️🇨🇦🌸
Can I use whipping cream in place of the frozen topping?

Hearty meal. The kids at the school I cook for would love that.😂

Pie looks refreshing. I never thought to use the plastic as a cover for the pie.😊
i lost my 17 yr old brother in 1980 - i watched my parents go through life living with that loss and i dont know how they did it but they did, until they passed away and reunited with him and so many others in Heaven. You are not alone, you do not walk alone in this journey of grief and loss. I look back on my life and how i did or didnt deal with grief and there is only one way i made it through - and it was because Jesus Christ Himself held my hand, and i never knew it but when i came through the fire, He pulled me out. I am so sorry for your tragic loss. Your daughter would not want you to be sad forever.
I’ve thought of you often, it’s not the way things should go as a mother myself, your not suppose to survive your kids unfortunately it’s not always the case, your a wonderful person who is going threw so much lately I pray that you find peace and comfort in making these videos for us, I know I sure appreciate all your videos watching you reminds me so much of my mom who I lost to cancer way to soon. But she would have loved watching you too you can see you enjoy what you are doing. Thank you for all you do prayers are with you and your family

Hello Colleen... I enjoy your channel very much! Your recipes that I have tried always turn out. My condolences on the passing of your daughter.. Sending you gentle hugs.. Please be safe and take care.. Mary Suzanne from Agassiz.
My mom is from Alabama, and she would bake a cake every Sunday, and we would eat on that all week after dinner.
Another delicious concoction, Colleen. I think I'll add some mushrooms since we like them on our pizza. Planning on making the pie too Lemon is a favourite. Yum.
This looks delicious, I will be making this for sure.
This looks like something we would like. I will definitely be trying this.
❤ looks so yummy and the pie, can't wait to make it!
First time watching, you have a most pleasant voice and confident demeanor. I’m sorry I don’t know your story, but you have my prayers for a happy and fulfilled life. Just know there are people out there who care about and pray for you🙏🏻💕
Thank you, Leanna. we are slowly coming back to life after the loss of our daughter. Each day is a bit easier, and we know that is because we have so many people praying for us. ❤️
Sending prayers your way! Both those things look really good. I am always looking for new simple food ideas. These are going on my list of things to make.
❤️good job. I can see this working with instant pot also. Hugs
I just joined your channel. That dish looks delicious! The pie looks yummy too! Thank you! 😊❤
I’m sorry you suffered a loss. I don’t know who it was, but you have my prayers. 🙏🙏
Yummy looks so good 👍
Thanks for this video. I will be making this soon.
Good Morning! I really like your videos. I made a sort of cheese pie with cream cheese and instant pudding & cool whip with a graham cracker crust. It was ok. But never heard of using frozen lemonade. I also make pasta dishes just like the one you showed.
Looks tasty and easy to prepare. Thank you.
Looks delicious!
Both those dishes look and sound delicious! I’m not big on lemon-y dishes, but I think using orange juice would be equally tempting! Thank you for sharing!
That looks delicious!
Hi Colleen from a hot 90* Greeneville Tennessee!! Both of these recipes look great ! Thank You for sharing! Take your time recovering from your loss and take care of you ! Blessings to you !
Colleen, given your circumstances right now you look wonderful. You’re getting up and pushing through this and that is all you can expect of yourself for a while. God will lovingly lead you. “For I am the Lord your God who takes hold of your right hand, who says to you ‘Do not fear, I will help you. ‘ “
I wanna try that. Thanks so much
I really appreciate quick and easy meals. I work until late and need ideas for meals that come together quickly. Love and continued prayers for you Colleen.

Good idea! START WITH DESSERT,
Colleen, my thoughts and prayers are with you as you grieve. My heart breaks for you. I pray our Gracious Lord cover you with His peace. 💞🙏🏼💞
I haven't gotten to the skillet portion of the video yet, but just had to stop and say that the pie looks delicious. I think I saw frozen limeade at the grocery store and that sounds delicious too. Great dessert for July 4th weekend barbecues.
Thinking of you and your husband and wishing you peace and healing.
Nothing wrong with easy! Looks delicious and comforting 😋
Thank you!
Prayers for you and your family.
Thank you ❤️
Both look amazing!!! Thank you for sharing!
Thank you for tuning in!
@@oursilvermoments6028 Love your channel!! Your recipes are the kinds of things I like to cook and don't usually require me to shop before trying them. I like the way you film and chat with us...like being in a friend's kitchen as they are cooking something new to me!
Thsnk you Colleen your meal looks delicious , I hope you will soon feel better ! But I do know it’s hard !! God bless and sending prayers for comfort and peace in your heart !! ❤️🙏🙏🙏🥰🙋🏻🌈🌈
There's not that much sugar in whipped topping anyway
Could you just whip cream instead of cool whip, I won’t use that
This looks pretty good Colleen. So does the dessert. I could actually smell pizza when you took the lid of your frying pan. Look after yourself and your husband Colleen and try and be very kind to yourself.
🙏❤️🙏❤️
That looked like a 16 oz whip topping? 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
😋🥧😋🍲💯♥💐
Thoughts are with you Colleen. Each day will be unique for your journey through this difficult time.
That desert would be PERFECT for a large gathering. I just happen to know of one coming up :) 😉
I can't say I know how your feeling because it is different for each one of us (I know I dont feel anybody knows mine), but I can keep you in my prayers because Jesus is the healer of our hearts and souls until that precious day comes we get to be reunited and I do believe it is not far off either. I know that doesn't stop the tears at least for me but it keeps me looking up. We love you here even if we never met. Never be afraid to cry out and look up my dear. Hugs
Your thoughts and prayers mean the world to me! I will continue to look up and look forward to the day when we have a fantastic reunion. Blessings to you and yours ❤️
