I really like the way your hair turned out. It's all about finding the best product that works for your hair. A must try for my fine/thin hair...hopefully I can find the products.
Your hair is the closest to my own. I had to subscribe. Because the same combo works great for me.
My hair repels water and it takes forever for moisture and hydration to really penetrate my hair strands. You can also do the hair strand test to see if your hair strands are low porosity or high porosity, if you google, you'll get directions on how to do it.
For me, my hair has only ever been high porosity when I had relaxers and/or hair color, because that made my hair strands really porous.

Why did you twist your hair after the leave-in? I’m with you I don’t like to stretch my hair. Love both of those products.

Yes my products lasts FOREVER, I'm actually on a No Buy right now, just trying to use up everything that I have!
I've learned though that my hair really doesn't do well with creams and butters though (for styling) so I might just call that a loss a move on.

Did the Uncle Funky make your curls looser/tighter/neither? My texture has gotten looser and looser (which I hate) so I try to avoid anything which elongates curls. Where would you say this product sits?

Thanks so much! No, I don't think the curls were elongated at ALL, which is something I was really concerned about. They were/are super defined but no elongating.
I'm using Auntie Jackie's elongating flaxseed gel next week and I'm super nervous about it.

I'm on day 4 right now and I haven't put my hair in a puff yet, which is something that typically happens on day 3. My hair is reallyy fine so it can go limp very quickly, but it really is lasting with this product!
