@@AEGISAOE The tools are built into the software which plays the maps in the first place, DSDA-Doom - you can also use XDRE for DOOM tool-assisted speedrunning; if you want TAS tools for other games, you'll have to look into them yourself as I don't know what's used for everything, sorry

It means this is a speedrun which uses tools (slowing down the speed, using save states, etc)
