  • Short flare progress from my videos I've recorded.
    From October 2018 - April 2019
    My legs got straighter, form got better, and my legs don't drag as much and my butt is a lot higher. My speed isn't what is used to be but i believe i can achieve 💪🏻

    what is the name of this "floor" ? Is it removable? tkss

      It is "linoleum" flooring. And yes you can move it.

      Practice, that's it honestly. I never really had any exercises or prerequisites to get flares. I just kept going at them until I got it. I have a very short tut on my channel you can checkout that might help.
