- Analyzing Medical TV Shows from the perspective of a trained MD who has completed an internal medicine residency and practiced medicine for ~10 years. I will never forget the first time I watched older shows like ER and Scrubs and I felt so excited to become a doctor. Now, after being one for 10+ years, I am thoroughly enjoying re-watching them with my medical knowledge. I get asked a lot "hey which show is the most accurate?" or "is ___ show medically accurate?" so I figured I would start sharing my knowledge with anyone interested! These are watch parties on my Twitch channel and I've ported the VODs over to UA-cam for anyone to watch! I will be building a library of every episode i watch, and eventually plan to have every episode of most major medical TV shows here on the channel. So if you ever are watching a random episode of one of the major medical shows and ask "I wonder what a real doctor thinks of this..." that episode will be here on this channel. I hope you enjoy as this channel continues to grow!

Yes medicine is still sexist against female patients as well. Studies still show women are more likely to be told their physical symptoms are anxiety and stress and less tests are likely to be run on them. As well I just read about a study that female patients die significantly more often with male doctors than female doctors, and they don't yet know why that is.
It's impossible to binge an entire season in one night because that would be over 20 hours of time

My Severe Tourettes approves 👌 I have literal levels of spasticity that underline the physics of my motor tics 🙄 So my myoclonic tics for example break and fracture bones 🙄
However this can greatly overshadow my "Spectrum Disorders" which in my respects cause me more hardships 🙄...
