At 12:57 the player stops on the real estate sign. If you google the name Brian Clark Remax - he is listed as Woodstock New Brunswick exactly the spot he pinned. The correct location was grand lake ( I’m from here) so this dude definitely googled imo.
Having given it a lot of thought, I disagree that showing level is a good idea, just because high level players seem to have no clue how good even gold players are these days. Lower level players tend to just be inconsistent rather than bad; a good guess or two followed by a poor guess. Showing elo will just get low level hobbist players banned unfairly due to the preconception that somehow a lower elo player can't possibly have a moment of brilliance (or even several per game).

If 15:20 is not Googling, my mom is an eagle. Lazy job on that one
I disagree a little on the verdict at 8:17 bc the sign named the beach and if they were aware of the country, they could look it up on the map, right?
Its sad how so many people gotta ruin the game by cheating. Hopefully there can be a way they can automatically catch people soon
oh do i have some news for you
Brazil round probably cheating
Agreed 19:21 you can see them basically on the 5k before they move off
Do you think all GeoGuessr players are male or just suspected cheats?
