Din Tai Fung Easy Cucumber Salad

INGREDIENTS:
200 gr Persian cucumbers about 2 pieces
½ tsp salt
1 clove garlic finely minced
Seasonings (adjust to your own taste):
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp sugar
1 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili oil optional
1 tsp soy sauce
¼ tsp red pepper flakes optional

Good recipe. I doubled the sauce ingredients. At Din Tai Fung it comes with a puddle of chilli oil around it. Thanks for the recipe, I'll make it often!
