i just became a middle and im left handed so its a good attack for me to go behind the setter. But how am i supposed to fit between the setter and oppo? i mean the setter is already close to the right and my teams oppo is right handed so he needs to be more to the left.

My team only runs the slide when the Setter is front row and there is enough space for me to attack (however, slide attack ist rather uncommon where I play). We dont do this when the setter is back row because otherwise you will interfere with the opposite hitter in front row.
