I always mean to ask you on your videos but why do you use 7/32 drill bit for retention holes over one bit for all?
7/32 is just wider than the post. Less play
I noticed that I never see you using respiratory protection when cutting or sanding kydex. Aren´t you worried about kydex dust or do you deal with it some other way?
I use a face shield when sanding on the buffer. And a mask on the dremel of I'm on it a while
