Fantastic, and I put many quarters into the arcade game, but I prefer Banshee and remember playing the prerelease demo back in the day being very stoked.
I play this game a lot on my MAME arcade cab. It looks really good. Although this is playing a little too fast over the arcade version. I can tell straight away. I'll be getting this for my A1200 for sure.
Does seem just a tad too fast and the bigger enemies are a bit too easy to kill. However it looks the part and I'm glad it doesn't have the gratingly shrill background noise (some refer to it as music) Note to developer please please please if you must put it back in, have an option to turn off that racket. Looking forward to a beta/demo to give feedback. If this shapes up to look and play like it should I have no issue throwing some money at it.
the game seems very close to that of 1984 but I would have liked a little more daring on this conversion as animation on the decor and a little parallaxe for d e amiga
It’s supposed to be a straight port with some improvements for the Amiga. I’d actually love to see a remake with something based on the Cold War with the option to play as both sides
This is looking rather cool! Used to love playing 1942 back in the arcade when it was new, seeing this rather splendid version on an A1200 is awesome!
Looks pretty good , going a lil to fast but smooth and ok , ingame music later i hope , Overall very good work with it.
This is Amazing !

Why wasn’t this released in 1987 on the Amiga when i needed it !
Don’t worry. It’ll be worth the wait :)
Will this ever see the light of day?

Amiga games never were for noobs :-P
And there is that guy with the small pecker who dislikes the video...
Fantastic! Looks like the arcade.
It really plays as good as it looks. Credit to Retro DNA!!
There’s always one mate :)
