Why don't you tell people that eBay charges a fee on the taxes and the shipping? Why don't you tell people that eBay likes to delete negative feedback when you have an issue and the person scams you and gets away with it? Why don't you tell people how easy it is for somebody to just decide that they don't want the item anymore open up a dispute send you a box of rocks and you're screwed.
Yes, unfortunately some of the customer service on ebay is definitely not ideal. In over 2,000 items I've sold, I've only had one genuine issue that was unresolvable that I felt like ebay should have removed the negative feedback.
