Eggs, Potato's, &....ammo??? a visit to the famous Pell City supermarket for the vending machines.

So the news keeps talking about a supermarket that has bullet vending machines. I know where the city is. This is national news. I decide to check it out. I go to the town, and visit the historic urban core as I always do. There's a Rexall Pharmacy originally built in 1903! Can you imagine what this town was like in 1930? This building is over 100 years old. Back then it would take a day to get anyway.
Then we go to the supermarket. It's a cost plus 10%. Is this really worth it? To me it wasn't. But maybe it was cheaper than other places in town. They were selling produce and some canned goods for the same price I pay, but then they will add 10% on top of this, and then there's sales tax of course. This place seemed expensive to me. But maybe that's the price of small town logistics? But they had very cheap potato's, and I bought a few other things.
The vending machine that I came for? It was right across from the cashier. There was no way to use that thing, and browse it without getting in the way. There was no space. The guy getting things out of his cart is right where you have to stand. I understand this machine is supposed to see you and compare you to the ID from the news articles. Never going to happen without stopping the line. This is terrible placement! The whole store was interesting otherwise.
I was click baited by the mainstream media.
