You have to wait two hours after teleporting to a new location.
You got soft banned, so not immediately interact with anything until the 2 hour timer is up only then u can freely catch pokemons. If you interact fast multiple times after teleporting then u could also get hard banned. You get three warnings for hard ban after which ur account is permanently gone.
