It was another fantastic cardio workout🎉 when I’ve started my fitness journey I’ve always done just cardio workouts, after I’ve addicted to lifting heavy weights😂 now I know from KayKay that balance is the key❤ so have fun with this…sometimes your body needs to a lighter workout❤

So good set :) after a mini holiday I do it at sunday evening and it was so good for my body:) many new exercises, continuously keep pulse in higher level, I don’t think during the video, I only do it and enjoy it :) sweat a lot but it was fun, thank you :) this set is perfect for full body 🤗
