This is an excellent video re: dealing with subcontractor. Thank you especially with the read-through with them and assessing their understanding.

Very knowledgeable stuff hundreds of golden nuggets in just two videos. Keep doing your big things and showing love for community . Just wanted to know when is your next live where you walk us through along with our questions derek
It's a good question. I'm doing a lot behind the scenes right now, but plan to an update video soon!
Spot on with subcontractors. The margins are so thin after you get the subs quote. Especially janitorial. I am not sure how anyone makes any money from janitorial. The subs quote almost always knocks you out of making any money
Making deals work is an art that is improved with every bit of experience gained.
We agree with you 100% on subs losing the bid for you. Example: A guy claiming that he has over ten years of experience and wanted to get into government contracting with his cleaning company so we added him as a sub. On the two bids we ended up being the highest by a large margin. We then decided to not work with him anymore.
Yup. They hear “government” and think deep pockets!
Excellent content. Thank you ❤
Thank again God bless ❤
You too!
Thank you! absolute treasure... real meat-n-potatoes
Veteran information!
When you've invited your subs to the site visit, have you had them try to do a run-around (cut you out) with the end user?
Can you help
Me with state and local contracts
I only focus on Federal contracts. I would question you on your reason for wanting to focus on state and local
