Scooters are fun. Scooters are reliable. Scooters are practical. Scooters are, however, not that good looking. Worst, it is as if the companies can't take these bikes seriously and feel the need to draw a bunch of squiggly lines all over the paint work. Maybe ugliness might get them noticed more? In this episode I will set about doing something I have always wanted to do since day 1. Now that the scooter is in my hands I have hopes to make it the very best typhoon. But first, the ugly decals must go on the 2005 Piaggio Typhoon.
Often times motorcycles and scooters come with ugly decals. This tutorial will show you the easiest way to remove them.

Nicely done. gods choice removing those stickers. It looks so much better without them. The scooter itself is a nice looking scooter. Looks very solid and comfortable to ride.
Next on the list- remove all the red fairings and carbon fiber handlebars
Always easier to add more heat than to plastic weld the hole you baked into it, lol. Liked, and subscribed
Is it really true that flame decals add 5 horsepower to any scooter?
easy way to remove glue: spray WD-40 and wipe down quickly, don't let it sit as you may risk damaging the paint
Why is this the first thing you MUST do? I'm confused
Because it's my opinion that the majority of the scooters come equipped with the cheesiest decals that makes them look terrible

Nail polish remover is all u need...if scooter is new no need for heat just peel and use the remover to get rid of glue
Most nail polisher contains acetone which is quite a strong chemical to remove stickers. Heat is a much gentler approach as you're only re-activating the glue on the sticker.
@John 14:6 KJV lighter fluid is corrosive, gives off fumes, and leaves a oily residue behind. I disagree that it is the best solution.

Slap on a v-tec sticker
VTECH gives more power than v-tec tho..
