I know you love doing this and frankly I love watching you do it and my next words seem to be nonsense as you made it in and out but be careful, safe, as you explore. I assume if you get in a cave and it just doesn’t feel right you listen to what your senses are telling you and you abandon exploring it. That freezing water was so clear, clean. Thanks…
Nah man he dropped to the bottom of that second pit and you could easily tell he was standing on false floor cause you could see small holes through into more pit. False floor is created because of mud slides and collapses "plugging" a pit and him being in a break down room right before he dropped onto that really just drives home the fact that he could've been standing on a foot thick mud plug over another 300 feet of put and not even know it. It could've been an illusion due to how light splays off of the moist rocks making some look black but I could've swore it was more out under a false floor and it really gave me the heeby jeebies. Lol

Most bodies will be inaccessible if they are still there or buried in a collapse nobody would ever dig into. Unless it smelled bad. The window for that is 6-8 months.
I totally think so too. Like, hearing of The Shaft (massive underwater cave with a narrow entrance that a farmer discovered in his field in Australia) made me question just how many people have been gobbled up by small unnoticeable holes in the ground that extend hundreds of feet down. I mean, even a 5 feet deep pit could trap you if your arms are wedged.

You are so amazing, man! Great action. This looks as a real adventure! I love it. I´m from Austria and do not have someone who will go with me in the aventure.
I have been following this channel for a while now but it still amazes me how much a small little hole in the ground leads to such a massive and extensive cave system. If you were walking through those woods, you would probably walk right past that little hole and never see it. But right under your feet is an underground canyon. It makes me think of those paintings of a little boat on the ocean but then it's like a cutaway underneath and it shows all the life and massive depth that's below it. The little fisherman in the boat is oblivious to all the stuff under him and how deep it is. The ground in the wilderness is kind of the same. You never know what kind of cave system might be right under your feet. Why did you cut the video right after getting your arm unstuck? I wanted to see the rest of the struggle of getting out of that.
One of the most stressful parts Is that like you almost got stuck Going in. But like you gotta not only know the way back but get back through that dangerous squeeze. Like it's so easy to get lost. How do you know the way back?
Would you go down the same tight paths without a camera? I bet the thought of people someday watching it, would make it easier to push yourself to your limit. I feel like if I was the only person to know of my accomplishments during that trip, I'd be able to call it a day way sooner than if I had a camera going, knowing that if I do go down that sketchy path, it'll make for a cool as vid to show my friends. Then again, people have been doing this way before video and they seem to have pushed themselves just as far as you are, so maybe it's just something you naturally want to do as a cave explorer. What do you think?
We are glad you asked. We visited our "first cave" pettyjohns cave many times before the idea to start a youtube channel ever came into our heads. We get bored and we get curious what is around the next corner in the cave so we always come back.... having a map available helped so much. But having someone to show the cave too will always motivate us to explore deeper than we normally would!!
I cannot believe how unsafe this is. Whilst I understand the feeling of wanting to push on this is beyond nuts. No experienced guide, ropes only to get into the main entrance, no prior research of the cave, throwing rocks multiple times into holes you have no idea the stability of, stomping foot holes into the mud thats supporting your entire weight over a 60ft descent, mindlessly pushing forward with no planning. All of this is just begging for a disaster to happen. This is how people die and death isn’t worth it for the clout.
A lot of cavers cut out "sensitive" parts where they act uncharacteristically frightened due to their position. I assume he might have had a anxiety attack or panic attack and they felt it best to cut it out
@@robinhilliker4461 that could be but he seemed passed the point of being in real trouble after he was able to get his arm out, that freed his arm and made a lot more room for his body.

Be safe as always? This entire video is of them not being safe.
Very nice video very interesting place I wish I could have be there guys thanks for sharing the adventure
10:16 why the heck would you edit the video there. That part was the main reason i clicked on this video! 👎
Videos like this remind me of the countless hours I've spent cave diving in Minecraft.
You guys do the things I wish I could do but I don't have the balls for lmao
9:25 seeing you squeeze through the right spots are just….wow 😬😅
Gave me so much anxiety watching this before bed. Jesus.
I’m glad that diving and caving have been on my feed, the body positivity movement will not help me get in or out of caves. I’ve never been caving and it seems claustrophobic, adventurous and for once in my life refreshing.
I get so much anxiety watching cave videos...I can't imagine how much anxiety I would have actually being there.
Hey guys, you had me squirming with cold fear, I’d never stand in the way of free choice, I’d just like to say, please be a little careful with your lives. All the very best to you 🇺🇸❤️🏴
Thanks for doing what you do, stay safe!
They're not afraid to die like that guy in Nutty Putty cave?
No lesson learned here?
So if they get trapped, they won’t call for help or rescue services and just happily die?
so I think we are all collectively thinking that this was a dumb decision but at least they did it somewhat safely
You guys are living it, love the vids, stay safe
I’d be interested to know if they go out the way they came in and if they had to go back through that tight squeeze
They cant record most of the exciting stuff because at that point they have to focus on surviving
You guys do such a great job - scare the heck out of me sometimes but your adventures are awesome 👏
Weird fetish.
People find this kind of hobby entertaining?
Really enjoyed this video 🥰. Really cool cave
One of the most stressful parts Is that like you almost got stuck Going in. But like you gotta not only know the way back but get back through that dangerous squeeze. Like it's so easy to get lost. How do you know the way back?
Subscriber earned! This is awesome!
Have you ever thought about flying a drone thru those big rooms or caverns? Might find some other tunnel or area of cave
*First
The word hellhole says enough for me. Stay safe. Glad there’s water inside ✌️
I have great respect for you mole people. You must be in a zen state of mind to do that. I risk having a panic attack just watching you.
Right on dude It's called LIVING
@@voslaarum2930 not if you want to live very long.
This is the scariest maziest cave I have watched y’all do yet!
Do you guys ever have a hard time finding your way out?
Also how did you get unstuck? Were you able to turn around eventually?
A lot of cavers cut out "sensitive" parts where they act uncharacteristically frightened due to their position. I assume he might have had a anxiety attack or panic attack and they felt it best to cut it out
@@robinhilliker4461 I know I had one just watching.😮
@@robinhilliker4461 that could be but he seemed passed the point of being in real trouble after he was able to get his arm out, that freed his arm and made a lot more room for his body.
@Robin Hilliker mostly you saw the freak out. It's just boring watching someone struggle for so long. The camera gets forced into the ceiling and you can't see much and it would make even us claustrophobic to watch it back
At what time is the freak out
I love how the closest I’ve been to experiencing this is playing minecraft
How do you guys remember your way out? I imagine it’s not easy sometimes because of how far you adventure.
We get lost and literally start to lose our minds underground when it happens
@@ActionAdventureTwins oh totally understandable. Have you guys adventured any caves in California?
I can't lie that part when you got stuck (9:30) made me TWEAK. I was squirming around in my bed like a BITCH. At one point I was on all 4's trying to hold it together. Never found anything that affects me this much ever and I've seen pretty bad gore and horrible shit. Mad respect, you guys are INSANE.
Im not sure if you are aware of the giant gold cein you passed as you seen the big pit at 2:49
I could be wrong but ive studied it pretty hard and on all my screens it sure looks like it
Hey came over from 23and1, love your content! New sub.
You guys make me kinda proud in a way and give me some kind of hope for your generation and our country. I guess you could say I like the cut of your gibb ! You guys are smart well spoken little bad asses ! Brave and calm , I pray God watches over you guys in all your awesome adventures . Thanks for the great content 🙏
This is some entirely new usage of the word "well spoken" with which I was previously unfamiliar. "Brah, this is so sketch. Yah, dude, super sketch. Alright, brah, I'm sending it. Alright, super sketch sketch sketchy brah sketch bro sketch brah."
@@xxElliotAldersonxx, oh snap, yeah you're tripping man, these boys are gnarly to the extreme.
@@CDbiggen Yah brah. Brah, they're like super gnarly brah. Brah? Brah!
this video is fire, but to see you guys crawling through the tight holes scares the shit out of me :D
I'd love to know how you guys are able to remember the route back

@@campervanbug7658 that would be a bad method, if it changed from muddy or dirty to clean smooth rock you'd be leaving no footprints. What about when they walk in the water? And climb?
