Wow!!!! This is amazing!! All corps should use this and consider doing the same! In person conversation is so important to a healthy organization. This is why phantom regiment is so successful not only competitively but member wise, financials, and the overall longevity of thr org. When I marched, we wanted to WIN DCI, every year. Being the fan favorite is fine (Bayonne was at one time)(Madison was at one time)(Spirit was at one time), but WINNING is the best insurance to longevity (Blue Devils). Yes, sane financial management and budget adherence is critical, as Cadets and SCV have demonstrated, but up the bar some BOD. If it is worth doing, it is worth doing to WIN.
