lyd B ...l agree with you, however there is indeed a naivety in his discourse. For instance he is antiglobalisation ...that’s of course a mistake. The countries that he has mentioned as being successful in developing their economies such as Singapore etc...it’s not that they operated singularly, but that they took control of their various resources particularly the human factor and developed from there. Africa has so much natural and Human Resources of which needs to be harnessed and used as bargaining ploys with the outside nations in order to develop, without cutting them off in the process. On the whole he is definitely one of the Africa’s future leaders.

    • @ltjc4230
      @ltjc4230 4 роки тому +1

To clear up any misunderstanding let me be clarify. ...the value I refer to is the perception that Africàns don't value the lives of one another. I half expected that there will be an overthrow and the random killing of many at any moment. That perception from my outside view is now no longer prominent.

@@u.m.dunitedmindsofdiaspora4516 I think you miss the point. mister. What I gave was the way Africa was many years ago. even beyond my own imagination. There were numerous govt take overs and what seemed like mass killings by Africans on Africans. And I was making the point that that had changed. and that This current Africa today is a reflection of constant growth and that it should continue. It is disappointing, rather than understand the view your first action was to condemn. In the Caribbean the experience is not as many other places and can even vary from country to country. So I think your first response must be to seek to understand.
Truth be told your response and approach to the discussion holds nothing in the way of enticement or interest for me to want to visit Africa or worse to return. I hope it is not that you put yourself as the diaspora police because you will just run everybody away. Get some sense. I am not accountable to you for my views.

First of all, this young man is killin' it ya'll. So INTELLIGENT!! - a whole history lesson, diagnosis, solutions, the WORKS!! A true visionary and strategic thinker! If he was in America, he would already have his PhD and be a part of the Mensa society. Also, good questions too! Secondly, Africa is the "MOTHERland" and has always been but she needs to learn to take care of herself, to look after herself, or she will surely die (become extinct, lose her influence, her purpose will cease to exist). African got shot in the head with colonialism (slavery/apartheid) and has never recovered. Afterward, she got stabbed in the heart with globalism, and she's still bleeding. Every time a leader sells its people to the wolves, the knife is turned once again (and the blood runs, the wound never heals). But Africans must pull the knife out themselves (start to dethrone their corrupt leaders) and stand ready to minimize the bloodshed (it's inevitable). Then when the knife is finally out, healing, restoration, and prosperity can truly begin to happen for its own people again. UNITY IS THE KEY, USE IT!

He will still be a young man. He reminds me of the late Rep. John Lewis here in 🇺🇸who joined Dr. King in the civil rights movement in his eary 20's. May god keep blessing this young man with a voice for & to the youth of Africa & prosperous future for young Africans that shouldn't have to leave the wealthiest continent on earth to go elsewhere for a better life. My advise to young African men. Maybe visit America but to live and work no. The worl depends on Africa but the world is ripping Africa off from past treaties or laws. He is bright and knowledgeable but let's not forget the greats from whom he has learned like the late great Dr John Henrik Clarke, Kwame Nkrumah.
I wonder who he would name as his influencers? Keep growing young man! Refreshingly to see a lover of Afrika standing up and representing!

We certainly need Great leaders in Africa, godly, God fearing men/women, who love people and care about them, not these corrupt leaders and dictators all over Africa, who have their own selfish interests for their own gain and their families!!
WE NEED SERVANT LEADERS IN AFRICA!
    GREAT LEADERS ARE SERVANTS.
And most of them sell out Africa to the west, putting their own people in jeopardy! Plunging them further in poverty and misery!
"Righteousness exalts a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people." Proverbs 14:34
On the other hand, we Africans need to take the initiative to develop our continent by being creative and innovative, and inventive in Wonderful projects/ businesses, commercial farming, and of course great education and so forth, all of which will help us, and our families and other people in general.
And not wait for the government to help us. They will not, or barely will, if at all!
ALL FOR THE GLORY OF GOD.
O LORD JESUS HELP US PLEASE!
    WE SHALL OVERCOME!!!
    "FOR GOD AND MY NEIGHBOR."
    Good points young man!
    God Bless you.

What I see is that Africans should have a selfless approach towards the continent of Africa as a whole than only thinking and looking at the individual countries I think that the bigger picture should be looked at here

I congratulate you ladies who are able to get briliant youngmen like this one. Join hands with this kind of youngmen to bring salvation to African women in rural ereas especially scrumbling to get food, firewoods, water and health services. Poverty in Africa is because of whoever managed to go outside the rural ereas forgotten that the origin is rural erea even some head of states. Just go through any African country's budgetary systems and evaluate what is going into rural ereas in comparison to the big cities and towns. Even if the leader decided to build say a road to his/ her village my God no body will understand him ( favertism)! AU summits must address these issues at least in every summit.

@Gorgon Don I pray to the God of Heaven. He is neither Arab or European or African; He is just God. I believe He is a living spiritual being who answers prayer, and I talk to Him daily. But I respect your right to believe whatever you believe, and I hope you can extend the same courtesy to me and others who believe as I do. Cheers!

@@py20 If the vehicle for that God is Christianity or Islam or any other religion created outside of Africa you are worshiping the Devil. That God will not help you he will curse you, because he does not know You or your Ancestors! Let go of those foreign Gods.
