It's impossible to have a Berkshire shareholder question that isn't a multiple, compound ,8 minute, self aggrandizing question.
There's a reason he's called the Oracle of Omaha. Years of wisdom between these 2 legends.
D.B. Literally predicted this dump
@@missionpupa no not literally. He only knew that the market was overvalued but he didn`t know when it was going to crash
@@diseasefire $130 Billion in cash tells me he does. He might not have the ballpark but he accelerated his cash accumulation in the last 3 years.
2:05 you can watch Charlie following a fly for a bit.
Lol how do you see the fly?
The Oracle of Omaha strikes again.
Now we really know why he was holding so much cash.
Doesn't sound like an ad at all
Dane Taylor an ad for what? Sounds like he’s telling you to just buy S&P instead
I think Buffett is better cheerleader than he is an investor. (we know he is one hell of an investor).
This may be a stupid question. But WHY can't Berkshire beat the S&P? The answer is usually "too much money", law of big numbers. But the S&P has more money (by definition) and bigger numbers...
In general berkshire does beat the sp500. Thats the whole selling point of their company. They beat the market. Buffet even says so in his annual letter to shareholders: if we dont beat the market we dont deserve our pay

There are stocks that annul dividends, quarterly dividends and some even monthly dividend. The reason why I don't invest in Bershire Hathaway is because this company doesn't give dividend to shareholders.
It's a widely known thing tht Berkshire Hathaway doesn't give a dividend.
You clearly do not understand why that is.
Good for you. I like this stock.
They look like Marley and Marley sitting there. All that's missing is the rattling chains 👻

It hasn't even out-performed Dow.
Dow such a bad comparison on return because it is not even cap weighted.
Vs when? 5 year chart beats, DIA vs BRK/B. 3 year almost dead heat. If you own BRK/B no fees and no div taxes vs DIA.
@@johncellucci3024
Idk how much you’re investing, but the Dow index DIA is paying less than a 2% dividend. You’re not even taxed on dividends until you’re over $40k (assuming retired). That means if you had $2 million in DIA, you STILL wouldn’t be paying any taxes on it, because it’s a qualified dividend.
I don’t think a lot of people have that problem, lol.
JEsus christ they are old
Pay a dividend Buffett!!!
Why would he do that for. His company is based on allocation of capital to better investments? Lol that involves using excess cash to use on better investments then what he has excess capital from.. that would diminish his gains..
Are you crazy? To give you a tax headache, whereas he can use the cash to generate even more cash.
@@bluegtturbo Which you won't get a penny of. You'll just have to watch the stock wiggle up and down on your screen. Paying some tax isn't really a big deal, at least you'll have some actual cash to use, without having to sell shares and lower your interest in the company. Warren himself even says he wouldn't buy anything that dosent deliver cash to him.
I will be next warren buffett 😎👍🤔😁
Walter Bocel that’s a good attitude to have!!!
Can you give me 0.00001% of your money then when you are?
