All this time, I was thinking of 'Free diving' as if you are going to jump from the cliff and swim through the deepest part of the ocean without any diving paraphernalia. I was wrong, you could also do the free diving and enjoy the view underneath with those stuff that will keep you breathing.
Planning to experience that this year though. Do you want to come? :)

free diving requires breath hold. the one where you can still breathe underneath is scuba diving (the one with air tank).

it's for added weight. it helps the person submerge especially on buoyant depths.
