- So many individual note velocities were used lol. To get that sort of "echo" effect, ya know?? But I think it paid off!! Anyway, tons of people have done solo versions of this, so: two pianos ;)

This is probably the most accurate cover I've encountered on youtube so far, nice arrangement!
I think "Mysterious" is the most suitable for this song.
Great work!
Mmmm, definitely gives off those vibes. And thanks!!
One of the best covers so far keep it up man
awwww, thanks so much!!
Finally someone who got the note timings right
Yay! That's the goal lol
This has some kind of nostalgic feel to it even though I wasn't born when Diamond and pearl came out!
Edit: It didn't come out when I was born but I was still very very young!
:') good video game music will do that to ya~
I was born when D/P came out, so this stuff grew onto me, eterna forest being one of my core favorites
I played DP like 5 years ago, and I still get nostalgic of these songs
Didn't expect this one to be covered. More Sinnoh music possible?
Oh I fully intend to do a bunch more Sinnoh stuff haha, though hopefully also interspersed with other random things~ in fact, I'm probably due a random thingy sometime soon lol
Oh so pretty!
Loved the notes at 0:59 just fits together with the song so beautifully.
It's such an interesting musical concept~
How hard would this be to actually play? Some sections look doable but then PEW PEW PEW it suddenly gets super hard.
This is incredibly beautiful by the way.
Ahhhh, it's for two pianos :')) most of my stuff is. I try to indicate in the description haha, but nowadays I put (2p) in the title to further cement that point haha
@@LazyTotodile is it possible to make it simpeler and still play it individually
I closed my eyes and see my 8 years old so happy about that healer chansey and double battles.
And then *old chateau*
the pbb nostalgia...
i got my friend who plays da piano to try to learn this one
Tell em good luck for me!!
such an underrated song from sinnoh. great work as always!
Admittedly, it wasn't even super high on my list, but I think it came in second in my poll, so :') but thank goodness it did haha, this is a bop of a piece--
THIS COVER HAVE ZERO FLAWS. I LOVE IT THX♡
:0 truly beautiful
Sinnoh have so many relaxing music
For sure, for sure--there's some great usage of piano throughout the soundtrack anyway~
My personal favorite from Sinnoh. This is beautiful …
buying pokemon platinum in 2009 when i was 9 years old hit different, im literally crying right now 🥲😭❤️
Siento que va muy rápida, yo lo escucho mejor en algunos tramos a 0,75, y en el momento cargado a la velocidad normal.
This is a complete different style of music but could you try Threatin' Zeppelin
ah, cuphead, eh? Hopefully I'll do something from Cuphead eventually, but I can't guarantee it'll be anytime soon--
Magical and Amazing! You set the mood just right just like in the original! Great work!
Bless 🙏🙏 was happy with the sort of "echo" I could get by individually altering some note velocities!
Isn’t this that one forest where you team up with Cheryl? I’ve heard that shes not a very good trainer. At least she heals your Pokémon.
Yup yup, hence including her in the thumbnail ;) she's okayyyy haha. Very kind, at least~
She has a level 20 Chansey that spams Egg Bomb and Soft-Boiled. She doesn’t help you all that much, especially in comparison to Marley’s Arcanine and Mira’s Kadabra(those are optional, as is Riley, making Cheryl the only forced team-up. And please don’t judge me if Marley and Mira don’t actually help, I haven’t actually done their sidequests, they just seem like they would help)
found this on a playlist about adachi
Adachi? Like Minako Adachi?
But I don't think she composed this 😭
@@LazyTotodile lmao nah, tohru adachi a character from persona 4
Ahhhhhh I see
I didn´t even know this one. Very pleasant. Thanks!
It's a really interesting piece!! And glad ya enjoyed!
This sounds like piano music played at a funeral with a violin in the background thats the thing that first came to mind when i hear this.
So dark, jeez haha. But yeah, I guess I can see it :') or hear it, rather
JESUS IS GOD and it LOVE Yours 🌈
No views, one like and three comments makes sense to me.
:') I think YT updates views in batches, so I suppose it's not entirely impossible--
Dang this is so beautiful I wish I had 79.4 fingers to play it 😅
... hee, glad ya like it~
1:06 chills, great job!
makes me sad we were only born with 2 hands, smh.
XD nice synthesia but literally cannot see the notes
THIS!!!!!
Eterna Forest good--
I regret sleeping on it when initially playing the game those years ago~
I love this soo much 😭
this was not in your recomendations
wut
@@LazyTotodile i can't wait for gen 4 remakes, this is so beautiful
So much nostalgia and depth 🥲
It's such a vibe haha
Wonderfully done.
Ah man, this sounds beautiful in a way that the original can't convey... and man, thats pretty cool! It sounds so melancholy, but it has this overpowering beauty as well... Good stuff, I say!
Yeeeeeeeeeeeees!
This song always gives me the chills, and your arrangement was no different. Great work!
Awww, thank ya kindly--
She was good for grinding upto level 30
0:40 is when it gets good
it's alllll good ;) if we're talking about the original at least :')
definitely not a lazy totodile! like you did not have to go so hard on the echoes and accented notes but you did and i thank you for that >v>b
So Is the representation of the duration of the notes taking the pedal into account? This doesn’t look very possible otherwise
Oh ok two pianos
Yup, two pianos, BUT, as a side note, the duration of the notes on the visualizer represents ONLY the amount of time that the fingers hold the keys down. Held notes that are sustained by the damper pedal are heard, but not seen with this visualizer
@@LazyTotodile ahh i see
Another beautiful cover as always
Dawwww, thanks a bunch--
This also hits the feels(I loved the Eterna Forest music)
It's definitely a really refined track!
There’s no way this is possible to play on the piano
It is for twooooo pianos my dude. Can peep the description if you don't believe me ;)
Can this song be played on a 61 key piano, or do I need an 88 key piano?
Best cover I’ve listened to so far. Not over complicated but not too simple either. Good job !
this is incredibly amazing!
May I ask which platform did you use to create the piano thing ?? And nice job as always UwU
Thank ya! and here, copying this from another response. I think I'll start to just paste it into every video description as well haha.
I use "SeeMusic," which does require a small subscription to get rid of the watermark... but! If I still owned Adobe After Effects, I'd use that probably. In addition, I know that LyricWulf actually released Embers (I think open-source?) this year, which is probably an extremely good alternative as well. You pretty much just load the MIDI into the program and then the video can be rendered. There are also some features where you can incorporate actual playing and what not--
@@LazyTotodile OMG thank you so much for your respond, it helps me so much >w
Glad it helps!!
@@LazyTotodile I just made my first video thanks to you 🤩🤩
ua-cam.com/video/Tv6m3dvx5Ac/v-deo.html
Thank you so much lazy totodile, you changed my life ;)
@@DuyPham-tl6we Awwwww, congrats!! I'll try to give it a listen and a like after work today ;)
Awesome
Aw, glad ya enjoyed!
You play very nicely!
There are some notes that are not reflected in this video, and all that splash of neon light makes it very difficult to see what's going on
